I’m in Australia too, so I thankfully can tell you everytime a grab bag has been released it’s been in good Australian waking hours. Usually between 8am-1pm
I’m not sure if Windstone are giving time estimations at the moment though.
It has been my experience that they really don’t give a time. One good reason is that we would all pounce on the web site at once and there have been problems in the past of too many people trying to buy at the same time and crashing the web site. Susie and Melody are very nice about giving us rough time frames – or even telling us “not today” or “not til next week”, but that is about as specific as it gets. Make sure you go to the store and join the “wait list” so you will get the email notification. And good luck on your first grab bag experience – it’s fun.
Windstone doesn’t usually release grab bags over the weekend. I would think soon might mean in a week or two.
