I really liked that color combo too! But if they became available I’d stand down. 🙂 I don’t collect the pegasi, but it doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate the beautiful colors.
It would be a great scheme on a griffin or dragon too! I’m sure many others, as well.

DRAGONS: Male CoyoteWell…at least we know what Melody was (probably) working on when she was trying to figure out what the GB was gonna be? (There were many hypotheses to fly about if I recall, some of which included hippocampi, before it was revealed to be young safari/hoppy poads.)
They are stunning to be sure! I was a little excited at the prospect; looking back at the list of to-date grab bags, there had yet to be a pegasus one so I was hoping to get in on a ‘first’. Alas! Too bad the wings are a bit of a buttmunch for Melody to paint. 🙁
Melody said there was around 25 so maybe if a few more were painted it could be a super small grab bag like the llamas, grab bag fennecs and the curlies. If I recall not a lot of those were made. The llamas only being 38 made I think.

Yes, Susie write that there were only 38 Llamas and there were only 42 Goof-Up Curlies. 🙂

Yes those were what I was trying as grab bags.
So after going through pictures that another forum member posted i saw lots of different colored young Pegasus…..is this the next grab? That would be super awesome!
nooooo! I tried to do them, but they are too dang hard to paint! I don’t like painting pieces that just don’t cooperate. It took me a week to paint 25, and they really don’t look that great. Even the gb young unicorns don’t take that long! It’s the wings. They are a total nuisance.
Ah well then. Perhaps they could go on the raffle prize cart or something. Young unicorns have been really nice each time I’ve seen ’em. Maybe if they’re the GB I’ll have the funds to snag one this time. 🙂

They are all wonderful pieces no doubt but my eyes went straight for the Autumn Leaf Mothers.I picture an OW painted like that and all I can do is sigh.Even in my mind’s eye it outstanding.

Also, in reference to the Lion Kirin, I would DIE of happiness if you would consider doing a run in the coloring of 2014’s christmas card of Ayonah! With grey/lavender antiquing. Heck I’d take any sculpt that with a lavender antiquing or theme.
I also am still squeaking for any of the pebbles animals to be done in this coloring….
