Do we know roughly how many Tanukis are in the GB Batch?
There’s about 125, but I may divide them into two batches , plain and fancy.
The plain colored ones are so pretty that I hate to stick stuff on them just to make the look like the the decorated ones. What do you think , two batches or one batch with both kinds mixed up?What do you mean by ‘Plain’? As in solid colors? Maybe post a picture example so we can vote? I know I usually like the simpler look personally.
I should post a pic. They are shaded different colors, and pretty, but no fancy painted design on their backs.

EDIT: Btw, if you do separate batches, how many of the ‘plain’ ones are there? I wanna know my chances for one!

Not currently open for PYO commissions.I’m mixed on two different batches, if it happens, will there be enough of each batch for most of us?
I’m fine with one big batch since I can trade if mine doesn’t end up being my cup of tea…I remember getting a poad once where I was “meh” about it but when I put it up to buy or trade I forget which, I got tons of pms for it…..

The only problem is that 125 tanukis go a lot farther as “one per customer” (one mixed batch) than as “two per customer” (separate batches with people able to get one of each type).
two batches and still one per customer….not one per customer per batch. You have to decide what batch you want more, because you cant buy from both. Fair? Solves the problem etruscan raised, and people are picking the style they prefer, but its still the surprise of a grab bag….my two cents.

I recently bought a tablet so I can stay ‘better connected’ BUT, the thing is WiFi is not easily found, especially at work where its ALL on lock down 🙁 Oh dear…since the grab bags always come out while Im at work, maybe I will be on break and can hit the local Tims for some free internet, LOL! *crosses fingers*
Amstaff, I had the same problem while at work, but most of the fast food restaurants now have wi-fi for their customers. Just be cautious because public wi-fi is less secure and more susceptible to hacking. Don’t use for banking, etc.
Oooo…. yeah I kinda figured public wouldnt be as secure… but I may have to use paypal if Im gonna snag a Grab Bag while at work, lol !
Yes, the sacrifices we have to make for our Windstone GB’s! 🙂 No other choice unless Windstone would let you wait to pay.
I think I might like the plain ones more which seems funny for me to say but for some reason I like plain pebbles versus fancy fantasy figures. If it was a limit of 1 between the two batches I think that would work if people are honest about what they get so everyone can get one.

Yes, and whichever batch was more popular, might sell out quicker than the other.

hmm, I’m only seeing I think it was 34 plains and 67 fancies…I know the pics on facebook aren’t all of them but seem like there’s a small amount of plains and lots of fancies….plain batch is going to go too fast!

I like this idea, but how would you regulate it? I mean, it was the same with the Hoppy/Hippie Babies, only about 40 of the Hippies and some got one each Hoppy & Hippie – I don’t remember if there were some people who totally missed out on both because of that, but there probably were.
Personally, I’d like one of the wildly colored ones, which I guess will be the Mantis Shrimp, so I’ll try only for that batch if they’re separated into two batches. I’m not the type who buys just to get one because I can – only if I really want one – also don’t have the cash for multiples at one time.IN SEARCH OF MY NEXT GRAILS:

But if someone wants a high detail and ends up with a basic one, they’re going to have a hard time trading, trust me, been here, done this many a time… I think the option to get which one you like is a much better idea, and I think there should be a price break for those that aren’t detailed outOtherwise, I think they look great, I was planning on sitting out this batch, but if I get a chance at one, I’d love a high detail one, they look fantastic! 🙂

agreed, fancy I can understand being one price then the plain cheaper since they don’t have all the details….
