The body shape and position of these Pebble Ponies remind me of light Draft Horses – specifically Percheron Horses… Especially the Grey and Roan ones. 🙂

I will happily agree to that, the funny thing is that as little as 3-4 months ago I would have agreed with your “paint puke” assessment completely (I love that term), the only hoofers I was interested in were safari ones, but I suddenly had a change of heart and while I still adore the safaris, the fantasy ones are my current obsession. So, as far as paint puke go – never, say never. 😉

That’s how I felt too. When I first joined I really loved the safari and the fantasy was way to much for me. But after seeing Dragon’s young collection and some of the baby unicorns in fantasy I kind of like it. So now I am a mix of liking safari and fantasy.
I’m very much a Natural/Safari lover, but I do love some of the more subtle fantasy paints. Or the Lichen uni babies from awhile back, those were really gorgeous! And I do like those treeline scene fantasies….

Not currently open for PYO commissions.For me it also depends upon the Sculpt. For example I Love both the Safari and Fantasy schemes on the Baby Unicorn, but only really like the Fantasy schemes on the Young Unicorns – the Safari designs are ‘Ugh’ to me, unless more stylized to be closer to Fantasy.

So how are the ponies coming along? I would love to ‘merge’ my model horse collection with my Windstones!
