Glory was my favorite one too!! I donated all 75 My Little Ponies I had to a woman’s shelter locally. (Anyone remember what the pink Pegasus was with the lightening bolts name was?) Last I knew, after 6 years there were still atleast 50 of them in attendance at the shelter. The others were sent home one by one with the little girls who played with them as each family found a home. I donated all my barbies and whatnot to another organization. I figured I have a son, and that I am old enough now, I won’t get a daughter. But…There are always grand kids. 😈 😆
I did however get Windstones for Christmas. I got a white Fledgie, Emerald Wind Wizard (#945), Silver Curlie, and Griff Claw pillar holder. And a Griff to trade with Frozen. (Once I get my end done, and get the other, I have to take him to my Dad’s to show them what I got. 😆 )
Oh yeah, and I got a starter airbrush kit too!! *scrapes around for monies to buy PYO’s with* 😆 😆

The pink pegasus with lighning bolts is Firefly. I never had her as a child, but she’s one I’ve added to my collection since. That’s sweet that you donated your toys to organizations where they can be loved by other children.
December 25, 2007 at 11:39 pm #597943I have a lot of the MLP now… but my original ones where all the male ponies. The only one I still have (in my room) today from my original group was the male who was see-thru orange, with a clown hat on his butt and stars in his molding. I just called him Clown… and I once looked up his his actual name but forgot XD Oh, and some big yellow horse… who I had no idea WAS a MLP. Sunshine or something? Has ribbons all down the body.
I have a crap ton of the old ones, but they are in the attic or something.
And they were always boys to me >__> Regardless lol.January 3, 2008 at 9:37 pm #597944Here is my family (collection). I’ve recently added the unpainted PYO, the Black Fledgling, and a Brown Curlie (not pictured).
I ordered some paint after coming up with a cool color scheme idea, so I’ll have to order another PYO soon. I’m going to keep the one I currently have unpainted, since I think he looks cool that way.
January 3, 2008 at 9:49 pm #597945Very nice collection, Zym. Your old green mama has beautiful coloring! 😀

If you are going to leave him unpainted you may want to seal the PYO to protect him from dust and what not.

Ugh, I knew I forgot to order something. I thought I was done spending money for a while. 😉
January 4, 2008 at 12:01 am #597949I’ve been slowly but surely uploading to my new photobucket account… Here are my Orientals, stealing space in my mother’s shelves until I find someplace nice to put them. Doesn’t the papa Ki-rin look regal in his little Zen area?
January 4, 2008 at 12:04 am #597950But doesn’t he miss his family?? 😉
January 4, 2008 at 12:14 am #597951very nice I’m liking the Ki-rins more and more

I thought about that too 😆 After I took the pictures I moved the big abalone shell and put him in with them. Also, now he doesn’t stand a chance of getting knocked off by a klutzy cat.
January 4, 2008 at 6:37 am #597953Nice Oriental creature corner, Megani. 😀
January 4, 2008 at 11:07 am #597954Very nice! I love seeing how everyone decorates: -) The father kirin is much bigger than I pictured him in my head. 😯
