They don’t claim it’s their dragon just that they took the photo & are selling the photo so not sure where this falls
That’s just bizarre. I definitely would call it infringement personally, just because it is a photo of something that is copywritten.

I don’t know if this one has been reported yet, but here it is. I don’t think the seller knows it’s a fake Windstone. This one is really scary looking IMO.

Looks like a fake sculpt, see the green felt. And the paint likes similar but really heavy-handed? I don’t think it’s just really old, it’s…chunky looking.

It’s definitely a fake. These ones can be very similar to real old greens, but the bulging blue eyes and green felt are two of the dead give-aways. I wrote up a guide to these things twice. They are buried somewhere in this forum.

Actually, I contacted this Seller yesterday afternoon about this fake Windstone Mother Dragon, and they were appreciative of the information. Here is the response I received:
“Dear elahar, Hi: Thanks for the heads up on the dragon. I was not familiar with this company or artist and did not realize it was a fake. I have ended the item and will toss. Again, thanks very much for the information. It is hard to imagine someone would go to the trouble of copying something that is not that expensive.
