This one doesn’t look like an infringement to me either – did John get back you?
Yes he did. He said that he didn’t think it was an infringement, but that he wasn’t totally sure and would take a better look today. He did say however, that it was at inspired by them.
I think it looks like a cross between the Grand Unicorn and the Unicorn Gargoyle, myself…

She had already reworded the auction and then revised it again and then changed the title leaving the words windstone and pena out of the auction completely. She had already put a disclaimer on it. She was finally so mad saying that I singed all my forum member pals on her–(I DID NOT) that she pulled the auction. Lastly she accused me of buying this piece on purpose just to cause her trouble and to protect windstone. She just kept saying is that why you did it? This lady will truly never get me. It ticks me off whenever someone steals a artists hard work. Whether it’s first hand or 2nd hand theft its wrong. But she thinks it isn’t. I say I am non combative because I am unless someone pushes me to it or I have a very strong belief like I do on this one. Also I did not want to bother John, that man has enough to do. I am not sure if it is a fake or repainting on an existing Windstone. But I don’t think the greens ever had that much orange and red on them.

He’s real. However, someone did do a nasty partial repaint of his chest and claws for some odd reason. Old greens don’t have pinkish-red chests or claws.

I think the repainter may have been trying to make him look bloody? looks like they attacked his hip a little bit too….
