I LOVE the Wings of Hope in the bottom left hand corner
June 29, 2010 at 5:10 pm #708844I’m relatively new to this forum, but I just was checking out some stores on zibbett.com and found these: http://www.zibbet.com/WhimsicalCeramics/artwork?artworkId=66103#art. They look suspiciously like the gargoyle eggs (https://www.windstoneeditions.com/shop/gargoyle-egg-with-eyes.html). I’ll email John about it to see what he says:)

August 16, 2010 at 2:00 am #708855Hey guys I notice that the lot of you don’t mention if you reported it to John by email. Please let me know if you did. If you don’t want to do it yourself please PM me so I’ll do it for you on your behalf. This is important to John and Windstone. We need to know if it was emailed to John. john@windstoneeditions.com
Thank you 😉

September 29, 2010 at 1:00 am #708857AnonymousI work in a shop that sells Windstones, and have had a couple of customers recently tell me that they have been to ANIME conventions locally here in the Midwest, and the artist of these Windstone statues usually has a table set up and sells statues at the conventions. I said I doubt that it was the actual artist (lol) and that it was most likely just a store with a table selling them – but one person insisted it was the actual artist! She said she could paint the dragon any color they wanted. Hmmmmm
Another person told me they almost bought the two-headed hatching dragon, and I said there never was a two-headed hatcher, but that person insisted and I finally just gave in and let them insist there was. lol
I’ve never been to an ANIME convention but thought maybe I should peek in sometime, see what’s going on. I didn’t so much think Windstones would be considered that genre of merchandise.
Thinking out loud here, I guess? 🙂
