I have to laugh at my own ignorance here. I guess they aren’t doing anything wrong but that is a ROTTEN auction, if you ask me! Misleading to what you are even bidding on LOL
I read it SEVERAL times to and I still have no idea what they are selling eitherThey are selling the spirit of a baby pegasus, which is currently kept inside a piece of cheap jewelry.
The auction wouldn’t horrify me so much if it wasn’t for the fact that there are people dumb enough to give them money.
I dunno if these few dragons i found on ebay would be considered fakes or knockoffs… but their striking similarity to some of the windstone scupltures raised an eyebrow for me. I found 4 dragons, 2 green and 2 silver that dont quite look exactly like windstones.. but 2 of them look ALOT like the mother dragon, and the other 2 ALOT like the male dragon. I first found the mother-like green one, that it may just be a coincedence, but when i found 3 others that resembled the windstone sculpts i figured oookk…something isnt right..
Here are the links to the auctions, if they end i did save the pics from them just in case so i could post those and/or give them to whoever would need or like them for proof or something.. lol ima newb

I think that those indeed have been deemed to infringe upon Windstone’s Trade Dress- they are too similar to Windstones. I know John is aware of them and the seller, but otherwise don’t know where it has led. Generally the legal stuff is between them and their lawyer. 🙂 Thank you so much for your valiance and help in emailing those to John!

Acording to the translation I found, this person baught the item along with some candels. But that is an online translator.
