Good find! I agree, they do resemble some of the sculpts, especially the red one…
I’m not sure if these count, but I think I may have found some more key word spamming ads, craigslist postings listing unicorn figurines and describing them as “More detail than the windstone collection.”

I think those have the best chance at being infringements, the first one is definitely a ripoff of the Hatching Royalty sculpts, the other three they could get mostly on color scheme infringement, there are only so many ways to pose a dragon, and the dragons themselves look different enough from windstones without much similarity other than the coloring.
Same reasoning goes for why the wizzards and dog probably aren’t, there are only so many ways to pose things and none of them look particularly like Windstones. Putting a candle on an animals back isn’t that original either 😀 The sculping is what matters.
Not trying to trash your finds, I’d send them all to John and let him decide! Just making some observations.

These can be reported directly to eBay by going to the page that is Keyword Spamming. On the right side, underneath the block that contains the username, feedback number, Item location, etc… you will see three links. “Share” — “Print” — “Report Item”. Click Report Item. There is a dropdown menu and you will want ‘listing violations (improper keywords..)”. Then there is a second drop down menu, where you can select “Keyword Spamming”. Wow, been a while since we’ve seen one of these!! And I don’t think we ever saw the females in this color…
The babies look legit, but that female is definitely a fake. I think the gal selling them got them somewhere else and isn’t really at fault, but e-mailed it to John anyway for their collection.
Wow it has been a while on one of those. And that coloration reminds me of the new Amethyst color so that would be a new thing to watch for.
I actually like the coloration of the ‘mom’ dragon 😳 . But the sculpture is absolutely hideous :puke: .

I found two Mother Peacock Dragon and I’m surprised that the paint seems to be really different and I wonder if it’s normal or if one of them is a fake. The scales on the spine have a really different color. This is the pictures:
