August 9, 2013 at 8:50 am #901297I would go for forest.
August 10, 2013 at 7:15 pm #901339I vote forest and then city.
August 14, 2013 at 5:10 pm #901451Forest
August 14, 2013 at 5:40 pm #901455I’ll wait another week, then tally all this. I want to start the sign up for the first week of September.
From what I can tell, it’s about 50/50 for/against the theme idea. I think we’ll try the theme scheme, see how it goes, and take it from there next year.
The store is now regularly stocked up, so a spring and fall swaps are possible. If the theme idea goes well, we can have an open swap and a themed swap.
We’ll see, okay? This is supposed to be a fun exercise, nothing’s set in stone; if it tanks, it tanks – I’ll see right away if it does if the signups are non-existent! If that’s the case, then we can easily change, eh?

http://www.sarahjestin.com/feedbacklists.htmAugust 14, 2013 at 8:32 pm #901462I know i mostly lurk, but i have been following this thread, and hope to participate, but, personally, I think a theme would be fun, I think the Tuxedo theme could be a whole lot of fun. If it was just tuxedo lines, not colour specific!
August 15, 2013 at 7:19 am #901480I was just kinda thinking tuxedo as a big concept lol
I’m up for anything :3
August 19, 2013 at 5:33 pm #901604I’m also another ‘lurker’ on this Forum string…
A swap sounds like a really interesting idea. i’ve gotten some PYO’s, but haven’t painted one yet to know what it’s like to do one. I have painted ceramic figurines, so I’m sure I can pick it up easily. I’ll see what everyone comes up with regarding the theme, piece to paint, and time frame, before I can commit.
Hope that’s okay.

I’ll have a novel of instructions when the time comes, have no fear! You can also backtrack and check out the previous swap threads to see how things went.

http://www.sarahjestin.com/feedbacklists.htmSeptember 7, 2013 at 3:05 am #902335I would vote tuxedo or forest! But I don’t know if I’ll take part, because I’ve never even painted up a PYO for me yet! (I was wavering over buying one soon along with a Christmas gift.)

Yes, I’m in the same position… not sure if I will participate. I guess I’ve got until Sept. 22 to consider it.
I haven’t painted one for myself yet either. I’ve gotten PYO Muse, Dragon, Foo Mom, and Keeper Dragon to paint when I get the chance. I haven’t painted in so long, I need to get back into it.
