I haven’t heard from her for quite a while. I hope all is well for her. The dogs are loving the cold, but we shall see about the plants. We’re about so miles north of our old home and on the other side of the river, it does get colder here.

Male Hearth....one day🤞Dream on.January 7, 2025 at 8:36 am #1690627Stay safe and warm!
We got about 11 inches of snow in Southern Maryland. That’s the most snow we have had in years!
January 8, 2025 at 8:25 am #1690641No flurries here, but it is hard to stay warm, especially when you have a house on low (3′) stilts and no skirting to allow potential flood waters free movement. No rugs on the floor makes for cool feet throughout the day. Then there’s the constant breeze off the bay. 🥶 36°, feels like 27°.
If the new staff house (whenever it happens) is on 6′ stilts like the new front office then double brrr!

January 21, 2025 at 3:28 pm #1690984January 22, 2025 at 4:30 pm #1691000We topped out at 9.5 inches of snow in Spanish Fort. It’s dropping back down to 19 tonight. School is out for the rest of the week because they couldn’t get in to do inspirations for damages today due to snow/ice on the roads. So tired of being cold.
March 22, 2025 at 7:56 pm #1692890Hope you’re okay after the tornadoes, Mimi. My aunt in Laurel is okay but said there was some bad damage not too far away.
