Yes, in a way. I took inspiration from my favorite one. The rooster :> But I don’t have a photo I’m “working off of”. So, I guess it’s both? lol.

Wow, that’s doubly good! I’m terrible at remembering patterns, especially on feathers – he looks genuine, like you were looking at a picture while you painted!

Here is my current wip. I started him about a month or so ago. He’s slowly being finished.

Also, I am still open for a commission or two. I’ve had time lately with my job being super slow. Just pm me if you’re interested. I take payments if needed and prices are negotiable depending on sculpture and painting job.
