They can make it through the mail fine. I found Ruby one in SanJose and got him for a Forum mamber and had to ship him 2 states and of course I had to re box him since the store did not have the box but he got there fine and I have had 3 sent to me from Nevada with no problem and then my White one came from e-bay and I can’t remember from where but again perfect and my Emerald came from a store in Ohio I think it was and again no problems. If I tried to ship the Ruby in the box they shipped him in he would have been dust
It’s still VERY sad that you have to go thru this though I’m sorry for that
The seller didn’t double box your emperor mmloda? How was he packed?

He was double boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap….there was also styrafoam nutz covering him and the box inside, so I think he was wrapped really well but becasue of the size of the box he had to much much room to move and not enough bubble wrap on him…. 🙁

Here is an update….the seller wants to go through USPS,so that neither one of us losses any money. He went in to hos post office today to put in a claim and I called USPS, they told me that one the clain is put in Canada Post will contact me and more than likely ask for the item so that they can confirm the damage and send a damage report to USPS but once I hear back from Canada Post I will let them know that I want to restore the dragon and would like him back. The seller also told me that he will include photos whihc I have sent him in his repost so they may not even ask for the dragin….that is our hope.
If I find out anything else i will uodate everyone. I REALLY HOPE I GET TO KEEP HIM SO THAT I CAN GET HIM RESTORED.Marzena
well whatever happens I will make sure that I get him back or i wo’t send him out to the post office in worst case senario…but i’ll keep all of you updated…. 😀

UPDATE….The seller has emailed me aand said that USPS has sent him a letter saying that they will be issueing him a refund but did not say for how much or when… 🙄
He also menitoned to me that as soon as he recieves anything from them he will let me kono and as soon as he recieves the refund he will be sending me my refund.
I am just worried that USPS may still ask me for the Emperor..so I have not sent him to Kyrin yet…..I also recieved a a letter from Canada Post asking me a ton of questions which I answered and I made sure to add that he is retired and I want to get him restored as he will be really hard to replace and will cost much more to replace as well…I just hope I hear from the seller soon and get my refund…It just feels like I ahev been waiting forever…. 🙄 🙁

Well if it’s any consolation the copper-gold will not arrive like that. He commes with the same boxes that he came in from the Windstone factory. 😀
