Here’s my second! I was hoping to get a husky/GS mix and then a grey wolf, and my second is a grey wolf! Dark markings/shading on the face with lighter tan shading on the chest. Very nice! I can just picture him as a real wolf staring at me across the woods. Lovely golden eyes. Great job Melody!

Love baby kirins, safari poads, mini keepers, and anything BLUE, BLUE, and, oh yes, BLUE.

Yay got mine. I was hoping for a grey wolf, but this guy is really nice too, so I’m keeping this guy. 🙂

Here are my last three wolves. Sadly, I didn’t get any of my favorites, and all the wolves I’ve gotten have been very similar. Still they are lovely, and hopefully I can trade for something that really calls to me.

I got mine today, yah !!!

And I got the one I wanted, solid black !! How awesome is that !? Wolves are one of my fav all times animals, and solid black ones were always the most beautiful and mysterious to me 🙂 Im in LOVE with this guy! Now Im thinking a white or ivory one would go so nicely with him!

These pics dont do him justice… black is hard to photograph! Maybe if the sun cooperates one of these days I can get better pics 😀

His name is Coal 😛 Here are a few shots, some with flash, some without.

Congratulations on Coal! If you do decide to get a light/white companion for him, I can testify that the Ivory wolves are beautiful. 🙂

I second that motion about the ivory! Very very nice. The blue eyes really set off the ivory.

Thanks guys 😛 The Ivory wolf is sounding more and more like my next purchase ! And Coal is nodding his head in agreement, lol ! I think he said he wanted the one called “Dust”… he met her back at the store and is missing her badly 😉 Coal n Dust want to be reunited, LOL! I will have to see how next payday looks *nods at Coal* .

Man, Im so loving this sculpt ! And I avoided customs fees my last 2 orders by only getting ONE item per order, which is sooo hard to do, but it helped in my overall costs in the end ! Maybe thats cause enough to spend some more? LOL !!

Yeah, my GB Wolf and GB Fox seem to be playing in this East Coast snow! Neither have decided to come in from the cold yet, maybe today, if my mail carrier can drive through this stuff?! 🙂

I ordered a second wolf when Windstone lifted the limit, and my second wolf apparently decided to tour the country before coming home. Last I checked tracking he went from Oregon to Maryland (I guess he wanted to see all the snow out east) where’s he’s been stuck for days. I paid for Priority Mail 2-day & he was supposed to be delivered Saturday, but he’s still in Maryland with no update on estimated delivery. Isn’t it great that USPS charges extra for Priority Mail delivery services! :((

Keep in mind the East Coast has also been hit very hard by winter storm after winter storm. It’s not necessarily the reason your wolf has detoured and been sitting in Maryland, but there could be a bit of a backup of things at some sorting facilities due to weather.

Meet my GB Wolf. He is definitely one that I would have overlooked, if I was only going by the class photos. A hidden gem, IMO. He’s dark and mysterious with gold eyes, and from the back, he’s all black. His smirk says: “Oh Hi…we’re lost, can I use your phone? Is that a cat? Can I pet him?”. Oddball says: “no, no, no don’t trust him…He can’t even dial numbers on the phone, and he tried to “pet” me this morning”

Sure, but there’s no reason the package should’ve been routed out East when I live in Illinois. We have sorting facilities here in Illinois where we haven’t been getting the snow (just polar vortex cold) impacting routes. I’m afraid that now he’s probably snowed in out east & can’t get out.

I feel bad for the folks out on the east coast because they’re getting the same weather pattern we had last year in Illinois – one big snow following another for the entire winter. It’s easy to run out of room to pile up all the snow. This year in Illinois, we’ve had very little snow (just one big storm & a few small ones). But this dang frigid cold is too much, especially for February.

Oh well, no choice but to wait to see when he gets delivered. I need to learn patience. I get too excited about Windstones. 🙂

Gorgeous wolf, Angelika! He does look like he shouldn’t be trusted around family pets. 😉
