Dragon Identification Help?!

Hi, this is my first Facebook Marketplace find and the seller had had it since he was young so he didn’t know much about it. It’s from ‘94 so it hasn’t been the easiest locating information about it. Hoping someone on here could identify what kind of Hatchling it is?😊 I just picked him up so he definitely needs a good cleaning

It is a little hatching gargoyle. The sculpt is called Gargolingus and was retired in 2003.

Thanks so much! Greatly appreciated. 😊 Looking forward to getting him cleaned up, though I’m gonna have to research how best to do that. If you have any advice on what would work best and wouldn’t damage either?
