I love the colors on the griffin WSC. I am kinda doing the same thing you are doing. I would love to get a PYO dragon from everyone in the forum. If you would like to do a dragon for me, PM me. The ones that I like to paint are the Muses and dragons and Ki-rins, but I have painted more griffins.

Are there pictures of your work somewhere? You only have the one picture of two griffins in the gallery and when I looked at some of your PYO threads the picture links were bad.

I’m just a detail freak, and I tried real hard to go soft on the detailing. 😳 All of it doesn’t show at the same time…You’ll have fun looking at him in different lightings! 😆I finally figured out how to post pics to my PYO gallery. 8) I have 5 waiting to be ok’d by the Powers That Be. 😯 I figure it will be a long wait, with only 4 pics a day getting ok’d. But eventually they will get there! 😀
I am however open to commissions, but have deleted my post under the commision pricing thread. All prices are negotiable anyway. If anyone is interested PM me. With the January swap and a couple of other swaps hopefully on my table, I will be busy for a month or so. But, would be willing to work something out. 😀

Sorry to respond slow….I can send you more pics. I think there are 3 more PYOs that I haven’t posted.
Here is a pic (Poorly taken I might add) of my newest dragon.
His basecoat was carbon black. His colors range from Jade green to violet. Everything but his basecoat was dry-brushed onto him, with exception of the dark silver details. There is a brighter pic that is a bit clearer in my gallery. This pic I was trying to get the dark violet to show in. It blends from his neck plates to his belly plates into a deep royal blue. The same for his wings. I am not sure that he is entirely done. I made add a bit more of the green-gold color that was used on his detailed scales (ridge, etc,) over the entire thing, but I actually like how he turned out.
Any suggestions would be welcome since he is only my 2nd dragon. My first was a flop. LOL 😳Ty Ski…I’m working on a Woodlands Dragon right now. Then onto my swap piece… 😆 😈
Everything I do is so bright I thought a natural one might be a good one to try…But, its soooo far from my normal wild colors!! 😯(I can’t wait to get pyo wings…Those are always the best parts on all my pyo’s. 😆 😆
Is this any better at showing his colors? I used photoshop to lighten it a little. He’s very pretty.
Yeah, I’m gonna try again after work, I jsut snapped that quick on break. I’m sooo late LOL! (Thank God the boss won’t be there!!)
I jsut don’t like what my camera is doing with the graininess and crap…Grrrr! 👿 *Stupid camera*But yes Peg, your colors are closer to what it really is. 😀 Thanks!
