So far the dragon looks awsome! I love bright colors and crisp details. I can’t wait to see him completed 😀 . The griffin is really pretty to. Trust me, small chips or not, he’ll end up perfect 😉 .

I had to go check yours out Siberakh1! LOL I was worried. And this is what I did today…8 hours off and on painting. LOL
I think I will see dots for the next year now… 😆 Although I have been wanting for a while now to see what that would be like. This was the perfect opportunity to do the darker dotted scale theme over the lighter base color. It’s alot of dots, but it is pretty fun. If I choose to antique this one, it will be after a coat of gloss finish…I’m not going to have to re-do this one. Besides, today I jsut aobut had a heart attack when my fingers slipped and he almost took a header onto the floor. 😯 I honestly still can’t figure out how I managed to catch him, but I am sure the whole building heard me scream out the S-word. 🙄 Hee hee 😆 😳I am thinking black centered chest plates, but I am not sure if I want to do that, or black edges on them and leave the middles yellow. I am slowly trying to eliminate enough of the yellow on the body to be able to make the wings show up well.
So, GB, I am done for the night, so, if you check out this thread tonight (Since I have no clue how to tell time over three while being here. Call it laziness. 😆 ) let me know if there is something you don’t like. If you are ok with it so far, let me know and I will keep going with it the way I am. Ofcourse his scheme is still rough, and I will be touching up alot of dots, but hey I am excited about this guy! 😀Plus, I don’t know if I want to paint all of his snout with black on the scales…I sorta like the yellow there. 😕

WSC, I’m jumping up and down like a three-year-old! Or I would be, if my boss wasn’t sitting across from me. He’s beautiful! I can’t wait to see him done! And I haven’t even started on yours yet… 🙁
Don’t worry about it! 😆 I just get lucky once in a while and get a creative flux! It’ll calm down. I am very glad you like him that much though. I was sorta worried about all the spots. 😳
(Trust me it will slow down, only cuz I’ll be sitting here wondering how to start the wings for probably 2 hours or more. 🙄 😆 😆 )Well, I’m glad, because I gotta wait for Windstone to get back in business before I can even order your griffin.
Oh, I know…I was happy to get a head start. Tomorrow I am out all day doing asphalt estimates. 😛 I won’t probably paint tomorrow anyway. :shrug:
