Another good recipe from our family cookbook. Enjoy!

        Dad’s Cream Biscuits

        2 Cups flour
        1 Tablespoon baking powder
        1 teaspoon salt
        1 to 1 1/2 Cups heavy cream

Mix dry ingredients together, add 1 cup of cream and mix to incorporate. If too dry, add a little extra cream. Turn out on a floured board and knead ten turns – 1 to 2 minutes. Roll out 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick and cut into rounds. Pour a little oil into a baking pan and tip to distribute. Dip each biscuit into the oil, then turn over to coat both sides. Place close together, bake at 450 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Serve hot with butter and honey or butter and G’ma D’s pomegranate jelly.

it depends on how large your cutter is πŸ˜€ one batch makes approx. a 8 x 11 pan

that works too! you just have to bake it a bit longer; you don’t want a doughy middle (biscuit middle not your middle 😯 πŸ˜† )
