Yes, no nitpicking editions are advertised as such, as they may have imperfections like pin holes…or something that a pebble might suffer from rolling around on Melody. If you have a flaw with your piece, you might want to let Susie know right away.

Definitely if the piece is damaged in some way let Susie know.

The sitting baby was from ebay about three and a half years ago, the father is older than that (I was able to pick him up second hand from another forum member’s estate a couple years ago), the mother was from a batch of silver koi mothers done last fall, and the standing baby was straight from the store this grab bag. 🙂

Just received this gorgeous koi-rin in a trade! I couldn’t find her in any of the class photos, but I love her, regardless. I’ll likely be keeping her, and I’ll be very picky about trades.

Only thing is, upon close examination, I noticed that her horn is a little loose. Is there any way I can make it more secure so that it doesn’t fall out?

Lol, the horn actually fell out last night, so I used a very tiny amount of super glue to secure it back in place. She’s now perfect! Thanks for the suggestion, though ^_^

The horn on mine was loose too (actually came clean out!) so I glued it back in with white glue.

Here is the lovely little earthy koirin I received from Windstone. Her scales are bronze-like with an extremely subtle cast of green in some lighting, with some other lighter shades of orangey-golden browns in the fur. The eyes are a very light shade of pale green.
