I wonder about this all the time! I’m not a fan of the blue eyes on so many pieces, despite blue being my favorite color in general.

I think yellow or orange eyes (or metallic tan? or plum?) would have looked great with this scheme… I can see why blue was elected, but something about this particular blue doesn’t do it for me. Maybe the super-bright blue would have been better, if they absolutely had to be blue?
