I got my AWD and although I don’t have photos yet, it looks almost identical to the one in the store photo to the back. I LOVE IT! I can’t gush enough about how nice the paint job looks and how the color scheme suits the sculpt so well. I ordered another yesterday, and I’m even considering ordering another today, since they do roam in packs….
Anyways, its been a while since I’ve been this ecstatic about something upon first seeing it. Lately I’ve been feeling initial disappointment, with things growing on me with time. Nice to feel super satisfied right away.My AWD Bat ear just arrived! He’s adorable, the paint job is just awesome. Admittedly I was kinda hoping for more white on the chest, so if I see one pop up in classified I may have to go for the trade.

Would be cool if in the next batch of GB Bat-Eared Foxes, there were Thylacines [Tasmanian Tigers] and other extinct animals, more red pandas, servals and civet cats, badgers and maybe skunks? Oh, and a gila monster would be sweet, too. Wishing, wishing… lol

Looking at historic photos and illustrations, some animals come across as more gray, like this one, while others are tan-brown. Some have zig-zag stripes, and some have straight bands across their backs. Am I right Melody, or is this another animal?Here are my AWDs – I couldn’t help but getting two, heh.
While I love them both, the one in the bottom two photos will be up for trade (and perhaps the top one, too), in hopes of getting a pup with well-defined edges to his markings and lots of spots!Thank you Melody, these guys are beautiful and I’m officially hooked on pebble animals 😀
