I’m still waiting for my BG curlie and Crouching griffin chick, 20 days now and counting… Andstarting to get worried. I got an e-mail from an ebay seller that I had bought something from around the same time he said that he’d just gotten my parcel back caus it had gotten stopped at the border 😕 I hope my windstones haven’t gotten stopped too…..
Thank goodness I don’t have to deal with that. I’d go crazy. I hate sending international because of unexpected things like that. I hope they arrive to you safely foxfeather and then they will be worth the wait. I wonder what the hold up could be?

Knowing my luck lately its’ cause of the terrorist threat thing. Its heavy, shows up as a solid piec on the xray and is super well packed. I bet it just screams suspicious. I’ve had one even get opened at the border and came with an “opened by customs” sticker on it
🙄 Stupid customs. They charge me a prince’s ransom over here but at least they don’t rifle the boxes.
Foxfeather, I am in the same boat as you are 22 days and counting and I’m in Calgary too. It’s driving me nuts! It never takes this long for windstone stuff to arrive direct from windstones. I haven’t even heard about customs problems. I’m going to do some research…
I am way north of calgary still in Alberta though and I got my black curlie on friday, I am sure they are on their way.

The PO has been ridiculous lately. It took 8 weeks for a dragon to get to me last week. 🙄 I hope it gets there soon.
The postal system lost my credit card payment, so I got charged a last fee and received a warning in the mail. I called them and told them I had mailed a check 10 days before it was due, so they removed the late fee. But I had to pay online and put a stop-payment on the original check in order to stay in good standing with the credit card company. Arg! What a pain! I’m paying online from now on.
I don’t know what’s happening with the mail service lately. I hope it doesn’t affect the things I’m mailing out today.
They are increasing the rates on May 14th or 15th too…It took from Feb. 2 until what, last Friday for a money order to get to Ski…By then I had already gotten the refund for it. 😛
So I sent another one in a box this time, just like my Dad told me to, and Wahlah…There in less than a week! 😯 Stupid PO, no wonder they are constantly raising their rates…They can’t keep business…How come I can’t remember it being this way when I was way younger? 🙄
I think they need to pull their heads out and get going again. 👿
No wonder Cat loves UPS so much more! 😆
