This is “Candy” the September 2011 Windstone Editions raffle prize. He ( she?) is a Spectral dragon, painted in many shades of pastel metallic paint.
The Spectral dragon has dichroic globes for eyes. Her eyes look dark in this photo, but they will reflect brightly in the right light.
