If souls aren’t your thing, I have another griffin I’ll do an even swap in exchange for the Hawk on ebay now. My Pastel Falcon for the Brown Hawk 😉
YIKES thats a lot for a pebble! Def. not my taste (thankfully lol) I guess it’s time for Melody to do some more fancy wolves for ebay. I like a “Tribe” for a group of avian wolves. I also love to hear different collective nouns for animals. My favorite is a murder of crows. The band Counting Crows has a song called “A murder of one”. It’s about a woman in an unhappy relationship and the singer wishes he could steal her away and give her a better life. So you could look at it as she’s murdering herself staying in the relationship, or you could say a murder (group of crows) of 1, a group of 1. The singer is lonely and the woman he’s singing about is lonely, in a group all by herself.
And this concludes lyrical analysis hour boys and girls.LOVE that griffin though. Quick, someone block ebay from my phone and computer! Anyone want to rent a soul? I have a perfectly good one. Last one in stock! Special financing rates available 😉
June 11, 2015 at 3:48 am in reply to: June 5, 2015: Small batches of Gothic Unicorns in Buckskin and Blue Merle are in the store – and more Cougars #930684I LOVE that second photo! Your pictures make me want a cougar (I feel funny saying that. I dont want to date a woman!)
Also etruscan, which state do you live in? The surroundings are beautiful
Been thinking about you and your case. Could be spinal stenosis
http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/spinal-stenosis/basics/symptoms/con-20036105
http://www.spine-health.com/conditions/spinal-stenosis/spinal-stenosis-symptoms-and-diagnosisit’s a narrowing of your spinal column, as previously suggested. A simple x-ray can tell this. The imaging clinic I did my internship at charged $50 for a set of back x-rays so if the doc orders an x-ray, call around-there are cheap places. May be in a sketchy neighborhood, but just make sure the tech has an “RT” or “LMRT” title. Don’t let an “NCT” (Non Certified Tech) take your images. Those fools don’t know about radiation or anatomy. They have no formal schooling.
or maybe, as I suggested earlier, a problem with one of your nerves. There are more conditions than just a pinched nerve. The health of the nerves themselves may be poor for whatever reason, and when they don’t communicate properly, it makes you feel funny. Further provocation to see a Neurologist.

I can’t wait to see what you’ve done with him. I have a griffin I’m working on too….sort of lol He’s in the “resting” phase 😉 right now. You inspire me to pick him back up again! But do post pictures when you can 😀
Etruscan, THANK YOU for posting pictures of the emperor 😉 Im loving the new old warrior…but I’m wishing they all had a little more contrast…like a pearly white chest that stood out more from the body, and a fade on the wing from pink to pearly white. I’ll probably get the old warrior one day though 🙂 and the fledgling seems like she’d wear the color well
June 5, 2015 at 11:52 pm in reply to: June 5, 2015: Small batches of Gothic Unicorns in Buckskin and Blue Merle are in the store – and more Cougars #930491The Merle ones went faster than wildfire, I think all were in carts under a minute of them going into the store. Just curious as to how many of those were painted, probably under ten they went so quickly.
Must have been! I saw the email 5 minutes after it was sent and they were all in carts 🙁 I hope there are more later. These are gorgeous! I noticed the buckskin batch is darker than the first.
The first thing that crossed my mind was a stroke, and second a pinched nerve (until I kept reading).
Really, first what you should do is should dredge up your insurance policy to find out what they cover (some policies are stupid and will cover you for tests if you go as part of a regular doctor visit but not if you go to an emergency room or urgent care) and if you can’t find the documents, go to the website and try to pull up your policy that way. Find out what’s covered and what’s not.
second, go to see a neurologist or a cardiologist. If you need a referral (for insurance, if you have HMO for example) tell the doc that you think it’s a nervous system issue or a cardiac issue, and ask for a referral. I really think most would be happy to give you one. The clinic I worked at had a giant box full of business cards for all kinds of specialists they would hand out if need be. A proper doctor should be glad to refer you out if they can’t help you because it’s their JOB to help you, end of story. If that doc, or NP you went to see was a beyotch, then find another doctor. I’d recommend http://www.zocdoc.com you can read about doctors in your area, find specialists and read reviews. I found a phenomenal dermatologist for my BF. I went to see her too and she knew what both of our issues were BAM right off the bat. She was that good. She had a lot of good reviews.
Also, MRIs can be very beneficial. They can inject dye/contrast intravenously and watch it move through your brain to see if it’s functioning properly. It may be a heart issue, meh, yeah, but if it were me going through what you are, I’d suspect something to do with the brain/nervous system. If that’s the case, it’s important to get this looked at STAT, RIGHT AWAY, so it can be treated if need be. Things left alone get worse and become difficult or impossible to treat.
I’ll ponder more on that and see if I could come up with any other suggestions. Good luck though!
I thought enamel based paints were no-nos for Windstones because the paint does not allow the sculpt to breathe and the paint can flake off like a sunburn later
whoops, double post
*comes running in to the discussion* COUGARS!!! *goes running out*
I can actually picture you running into the room, arms in the air, screaming COUGARS! making a circle around the room and running out, yelling ‘COUGARS!’ down the hall. 😉 lol
I’d vote for Tanukis…mostly because I think they will be shiny little gems and cheaper than GB cougars. Really like the cougars and would love a fantasy batch but my wallet would not love it at the moment >.< saving up for a house this October!
drag0n, your collection is made purely of lust. I love so many pieces you have! *wipes drool off face* I’m glad the Midnight Flame sun dragon is still happy with his new family 😉 But if he ever gets lonely… 😉 and your young unicorns-OMG that hot pink one is amazing! What’s her name? I think I only vaguely remember her.
This is my newest and last addition for the year.
She’s very lovely but she is up for trade for another unicorn. 🙂 I’m baffled at all the detail on her!
May is my birthday month too! Maybe a unicorn or an old warrior 😉 *wink wink nudge nudge*
May 26, 2015 at 9:15 pm in reply to: Bachelors vs. Associates Degree-your thoughts and comments please! #930026Well the “big” popular community college in the area does not offer any hybrid classes for that program >.< I'm looking though all the schools in the area but doing so one by one is laborious. At this point I'm looking for other schools in Texas so as to avoid the "out of district" price jump.
What do you have your masters in? 😀
My problem is (like yours) I have a ton of things I could work on (a griffin and a horse I’m painting, 3 quilts I’ve started) but I usually don’t feel like doing those things and start a new project. I come on the forum and obsess over all the topics, I research things I’ve always wondered (ex:Why is New York known for their bagels? Which vitamins can you get from eating which fruits/vegetables? ) and I get on Pinterest and day dream about having my own home with a garden and how I’ll decorate and what rooms I’ll paint what color (etc. etc.) or read a book if I can. I work in the medical field now so sometimes I bring anatomy books to review and read more in depth.
