*dances*
Mr. Badger Griffin has flown to roost with my flock. It’s funny to see all of the family groups, then see Mr. Badger and Mr. Gold Wine eyeing each other as if to say, “well…. why not?”
*giggles*Females… need more females. π

Jennifer wrote:I’ve seen a few posts where people are asking for unpainted PYO griffins. Is there a real interest in these? I bought a bunch back in the Very Beginnings of working with Windstone, back before I had any idea that there would be PYOs OTHER than griffins. This was also before I knew I’d be painting a lot of Windstones and other stuff and thought I’d have eons of time to work on them. HAHA! Well I’ve got a box of blank griffins that I just know I’ll never get to. If I can find the box I will see if they are old ‘soft feather’ griffins and what color eyes they have. I don’t even remember!
Same here…. both soft and sharp unpainted, though not the “working for Windstone” part. π

Pam Thompson wrote:So why do you guys like these black Poadβ’s so much? The dragon leaf Poadβ’ also sold for a very above average Poadβ’ price.
In my opinion, the markings are more striking on a black Poad. Melody usually uses more intense colors on them, and that catches my eye. I also really liked the eye color on the Black Magic one.
*laughs* And I’m OFFICIALLY a “Chatty Windstonian” as of this post. Hee hee hee. π

There are species of hawks that are born with eyes which are brightly colored, then they darken as they age. The opposite is also true. It can be one way for a falconer to estimate the age of a raptor.

Geez. And there *are* boxes that will fit the Tiger and Puffin kittens rather well, too. …that cost less to ship, even.

Heh, I was going to watch it, got distracted, and came back to see it went for over $300. Wow, that was a popular Poad!

Thanks! He was in the Art Show at Anthrocon last year, and I just couldn’t let him go. I LOOOOVE original artwork like that. (and the fact I used to take karate didn’t hurt, either)

D’awww, thank you all! π
And Bodine, I need to find my griffin plushes (and put them out) before I can take pics of all my flock. So, I guess that means I’m unpacking boxes today! π
