THEY ARE BACK! Eight in the store right now. π
Are in the store now! Lots of them, too. π

If you mean the little red Mouse Wizard, sorry but he has found his home. However ….. if you can find another MW, I think I could find someone to paint him for you. π π

You bet! Glad it’s working now. π
Although I am confused on how I managed to help at all! π
XD XDBecause I had tried changing resolutions many times before and hadn’t thought about trying monitor settings at the same time! It was a case of been there, done that, but oh well, what have I got to lose trying again? π You gave me the nudge!
WindstoneCollector wrote:I HATE IE!!! I mean with a passion! If I could fully delete IE from my PC, I would. Poop on Bill Gates sometimes! π
πHmmm …… Are you trying to say you don’t like Internet Explorer? π XD
I stopped using IE when their IE 7 upgrade crashed my computer. Haven’t used it since. π‘ However, you made me wonder what size picture I would get through IE, and it is the whole picture. My resolution size is fine when using AOL and IE, but not Firefox; so my problem must be Firefox, right? That’s what you call deductive and logical reasoning. (Besides, I have messed around with my resolution many times before with lousy results, so why try it again?) π
To make a long story short, WSC, you got me on the right track! It turns out that is a combination of my resolution in relation to a monitor setting. My monitor has a setting called wide viewing. It has been set on “normal” since I bought it and is the correct setting for the resolution I was using. A high resolution evidently has to be set to “full” to display properly. So after much experimenting,I went from a 800×600 resolution to 1024×768; and after much tweaking, I can even see it! 8) Thanks, WindstoneCollector! π
Strange, yes, but it is legitimate. They are like a middleman for mostly Japanese buyers. You send the item to them in California, and they send it on to their buyer overseas. They bid under several eBay IDs, buy all kinds of things, and sell nothing. I assume they want the info on the box and notification of when the item is shipped to make their processing of wins easier, because they do buy such a huge number of items.
I learned about them when they bought my Pearl Griffin on eBay. I checked them out on the Internet and finally decided there was nothing to worry about when I read what they are and how they operate. It took them about a week to pay, but other than that, they were okay.
I like the Trio of Dragons. π It is amazing how different it looks in colors. Very pretty! 8)
WindstoneCollector wrote:Pic a resolution that is greater than you have your PC set at, and try that.) I maxed mine out and now I get the entire pictures. π But, I really need to use my glasses to see the print… π³
I know what you mean about the small print! :negative: I only have the pictures cut off on Firefox though, so it shouldn’t be the resolution. If I access the forum through AOL and their version of IE, the whole picture is there. The problem with using AOL is that it is always freezing up on me. πΏ
I am wondering now if it is a problem with a forum setting, because I have been checking and can see everything elsewhere, on eBay for example. I was trying to see Kalandra’s thread on repairs, and the Gold Male Dragon in the first picture is cut off before his nose; the second picture is sliced off right through his eye. Believe me, half a loaf may be better than none, but half a dragon isn’t. π‘
Now there is only one!
When I view the forum using Firefox, about a quarter of the right-hand side of every picture is cut off. The whole picture is there if I use AOL. Obviously I have something that needs to be changed in Firefox, but what? Does anyone have a solution? This is driving me nuts. π
Well I don’t care what they are called, only if I like what I see. I like the ones with purples in them, so the Red and Lavender Autumn Leafs are my favorites. π
I moved the Large Rock Dragon to get at a few weeds around his base. Suddenly I had ants swarming over my hands and up my sleeves, and they just kept coming faster and faster. π‘ It seems the ants had turned the dragon’s hollow base into their home, sweet home. There were tons of ants, but those eggs! I have never seen so many eggs in one place before. Ugh! :negative:
So those of you with your dragons outside …..be prepared to get out of the way fast!
For the lovely thank you note for my donation to the Robotics Team. π
And … I love the picture on the front. Looks like a cross between a really mad griffin with his wings raised or maybe a really mad phoenix. They are pretty fierce looking. 8) Is this **hopefully** something in the works? π
I had to brighten him up a bit so that I could see him from my kitchen window, and I think he came out pretty good. π He’s not in sunlight in the picture; he really does look like a coppery color.
The Large one is next on my list. He is a lot farther away, but he is so much bigger that he is still fairly easy to see. They have been outside in the Michigan winters for either four or five years now, and they are starting to show wear, particularly the Large Dragon. He is in full sun though, and the small one isn’t, so maybe that is why.
Read, drag0n, read. π I was happy as heck (edited) about the size. π I love him! π
