This is the biggest batch of good birthday wishes I’ve ever received! I had a very happy day! I love seeing the pictures of the fuzzys – so nice to see my little friends again! Thank you.

For the paper ones sent in the mail. Give them a unique serial number that the owner then has to type into to identify the Gift Cert. With a database of outstanding cert numbers you could update it as they’re cashed in so no duplication occurs. Just let People cashing in Certs know it’ll take an extra day or so to process the order. People don’t mind waiting if they know up front.Thank you for your suggestion. At this time we cannot implement anything like that however we will keep it for future consideration.

Just thought I’d let everyone know that the Windstone Elves are taking a break (back up to the North Pole to help Santa) and the office will be closed this weekend (as usual) as well as December 24 and 25. Please note: The Male and Mother Dragons in Silver all have pale blue eyes. We do not have any with lavender eyes. Melody says that in the future she MAY make a batch with lavender, but has no idea when that may happen. When ordering our Silver Dragons currently offered, there is no choice of eye color.

I’m sorry, the gift certificates can only be applied to purchases made through our store. We cannot use them toward ebay purchases. Maybe some day in the future we will figure out a way to do it, but as of now we have no way of processing them except through the store. Sorry.
We have blue eyed Male and Mother dragons in the store now! We’ll start shipping them on Monday December 17th.

In time for the holidays! The Silver Curled dragons are back in the store – with lavender or blue eyes.
Please note that the shopping cart sends out a “not finished” message when your order is first placed – and that sometimes you won’t receive this message until after you recieve a “processed” message or one from Paypal telling you that your payment went through. I apologize for this bit of confusion – if you get a “processed” message or a Paypay receipt for your payment, the order did go through correctly and was “finished” – there is no need for you to do anything else. The message was just received out of order.
HOWEVER, If your Paypal transaction is disrupted or doesn’t go through while you are placing your order, I will still receive your order as “not finished” (and you will receive the “not finished” message but no “processed” message or receipt for your payment). In this case the order is truely “not finished” and I will email you a response to negotiate payment of it. Merchandise is deducted from our inventory for your order even if the order is “not finished” so don’t fret if you’ve ordered the last item we have in stock and the payment doesn’t go through correctly – I will contact you regarding it. If your “not finished” message is important, you will receive an email from me regarding it.
