Thank you Etruscan! Maybe the ones that show up on my end say “new order” ! At any rate – some sort of confirmation is sent to the customer to confirm our receipt of the order and if you scroll all the way down (I don’t know how it looks on a phone) you can see the billing and shipping addresses. The most important one is the shipping address!
It looks like we’ll wait until August to restock the grab bag Standing Ponycorn. Join the waitlist to be notified when we do!

July 16, 2025 at 5:32 pm in reply to: Standing Ponycorn (Horse) Class Pics & Show-Off 7/2025 #1695511Today, July 16, 2025, the first round of the Horse colored Standing Ponycorn Grab Bag has sold out and the orders have all been shipped out.
The good news is that there is a second wave of them waiting in the wings for those who were not able to buy from the first round! These are still part of the same group pictured in this thread. Here’s a link to the product page in the webstore where you can join the waitlist: https://windstoneeditions.com/shop/grab-bags/standing-ponycorn-grab-bag-edition-2025-horse-colors/ Join the waitlist on their page to be notified when we restock with more!

Thank you everyone! This is going very smoothly and as far as I can tell, the website hasn’t done anything weird!
I know that usually there is lots of discussion about grab bags on our Facebook Official Fan Club group. Please keep in mind that the group has a shortage of moderators right now and you may find that you have to wait extra long for approval of posts. We apologize for that. Please be thoughtful of our moderators and be sure to follow the group’s rules when you request to post something there. The grab bag can be discussed here on our forum as well!
We decided to just plunk these into the store without a sign up list first. To make up for the lack of sign up list, we reserved some for a restock available to those who are not able to order until after they sell out. We hope that this will work well and satisfy everyone’s needs. We know that the waiting list password protected sales are nice, however we are short handed and doing that would have been very time consuming. Let’s hope the site doesn’t crash (so far it seems o.k.!)
These are “one per customer” (please don’t pay for more than one) and we are shipping only to the person who placed the order. After you receive it, you may then sell, trade, or gift it elsewhere. Please advise us within 5 days of delivery of any problems. If you pay with a credit card and want USPS shipping, the USPS tracking number will not be automatically emailed to you – you may ask us for the tracking number.
Processing orders will take some time! Shipping won’t begin until Monday and I’m guessing we could be at it all next week.
If you have any questions – email me at service@windstoneeditions.com -Susie
We do use recycled packing materials on a regular basis! But we don’t get that much in and while we’ve been using lots of it, it disappears quickly. We are happy to have received some more of our starch foo foos today. Packing goes a lot faster using them.
I think the Curled was supposed to be retired since we made them in Amethyst prior to the mass retirement of Amethyst in 2015. My notes say not to retire the Oriental Dragons in Amethyst because we had made so few of those, but to retire the rest of the dragons. We’ve all been regarding it as retired all this time. I am confirming with Melody that it should be retired. -Susie
I have a note that indicates that the Curled Dragon in Amethyst may be actually have been retired when we retired the Amethyst dragon family. I will have to research this! -Susie
I’m sorry we don’t have a complete or up-to-date eye color chart for PYO’s. Its hard to keep up-to-date because the colors tend to vary from batch to batch. I just looked in a cup of light green eyes and there were 4 different slight variations of tone!
If anyone is in a pickle trying to choose their eye color, please choose the one you think might work the best on the order, then In the Customer Notes (this field is below the shipping address fields when you are placing the order) put a note telling me to look for an email from you with details about eye color, and then email a message to service@windstoneditions.com with a description or a picture of what you are trying to match. When we fill the order we will try to send eyes that will do the job. We may not have the exact color that you want, but we’ll do our best.
If your PYO color scheme changes and the eyes you chose no longer match and you are in the US, I can mail you a new set of eyes at no charge. If you are not in the US, I may need to charge you for postage to send replacement eyes.
I cannot send out dozens of eyes for a PYO, but I can send an extra pair for one piece. You may keep extras until you are sure you will never use them and then mail them back to us.

I’ve already talked to Amy, however if anyone else is in a pickle trying to choose their eye color, please choose the one you think might work the best on the order, then In the Customer Notes (this field is below the shipping address fields when you are placing the order) put a note telling me to look for an email from you with details about eye color, and then email a message to service@windstoneditions.com with a description or a picture of what you are trying to match. bumping this up to be noticed
I must add that Melody said that the exact Meerkat in the picture will not be made again, it would be different any maybe not a “mother” one.
To All Meerkat fans:
Melody said to “Squeak” to her on the forum if you are seriously interested in purchasing a Meerkat if we are able to make them. We might not be able to make a Meerkat and it may be a very long time before we even know if we can. Meantime, please add your squeak to this thread if you would want one if we had one! (She said she wouldn’t make the exact same Meerkat that is in the first picture – so there’s no guarantee that it would be a “mother” meerkat)
You are not crazy! Beginning in 2006 and possibly ending in September 2007 we had a batch of Signed Limited Production Brown Old Warrior Dragons that were sold on ebay. I don’t know how many there were. They came with a letter of authenticity and were not numbered, just signed by Melody.
