    Sweet! You lucky dog!

    🙂 Hi Everyone!!!
I have this egg and would like to trade it for an Ice Dragon of a Thunder Dragon. They need to be pure lineage. CB or 1st Gen. I could use a silver Tinsel CB also.

    Adopt one today!

    It is collecting veiw’s already.

    PM me with offer’s. 😉

    THANKS!!!!

    can you get a silver tinsel CB? I thought only a limited number were released and all silver tinsels originate to one of those? Or maybe I misunderstood you XD;;

Depending on how much it might cost me, I could maybe order the books myself, sign them, then mail them out….but it depends on how much I’ll be paying in shipping material and shipping, on top of the ordering price….but if anyone is interested, PM me and we can see if it’s possible =)

It makes me really happy to read the feed back on my book =) thanks to you all! I’ll definitely look into real publishing, down the road. I’m currently working on two more books, actual children’s story books this time. One about a vegetarian dragon, the other about a whale that is unhappy with ocean life and decides to try living in a lake.

Two other books in my dinosaur line that I’m working on is one over theropods and one over ceratopsians. The drawing quality of these will be much better than the book I’ve published, due to those pictures having been drawn before i really got down to studying the anatomy and postures. =)

My main problem is money when it comes to publishing = more traditional publishing has costs, as does some online publishing.

No, any real publisher, online or traditional, will NEVER charge you anything. The only money you’d “give” would be if you had an agent; they would get a percentage of your sales, so only once the book is out and selling.

A publisher would read your manuscript and send you a contract offer. Then, your book gets edited by an editor from the publishers and you get cover art. You never have to pay for anything to get the actual book ready.

Now that being said, while finding a publisher doesn’t cost money, it does take time, effort, patience and a thick skin.

I must have been looking in the wrong places…

    Congrats!

Did you think of getting an actual publisher (e-publisher or traditional)? That way, your book would be more readily available, as they have quite the distribution network. Lulu is a self-publishing service, so what they have is only available there.

You could also set up your book on iBooks (I think they have a self-publishing option) – I’ll admit, this is self-serving, as I want to read your book on my iPad!!!

My main problem is money when it comes to publishing = more traditional publishing has costs, as does some online publishing. I admit that I don’t get a great cut of the profits right now, but this was a free way for me to get my foot in the door, so to speak. Eventually I’d like to get truly published, since I am working on two actual children stories and a theropod book

@ Sirithiliel – Oh you draw? That’s awesome! You’ll have to share sometime!
I draw too, but I’m going through so many style crises that I have yet to settle on a favorite LOL!

@ Zelda – Oh really? -looks again- Ahhhh yes. I see now!
Hahaha, makes me feel silly. >.>
That’s an awesome find, though! Love how unique they are.

I bet they sold like crazy! Those Maiasaurs are soooo cute. Even got hubby to agree with how cute they are! Hahaha.

Yup. I’ve actually published a dinosaur alphabet book that I drew for my niece =) I’ll share the link to it when I get home

I have a general question regarding antiquing agent….where do you get it? the local art stores I’ve checked don’t seem to have any.
