I’m not sure I agree with that entirely, but perhaps.

Perhaps in their case, but what about the kids that perpetrated the school shootings? For some of them, their home lives weren’t exactly hard (although supervision in some cases was lacking) and there have been countless others bullied in school who just deal with it to the best of their ability and then move on to become the next Steve Jobs or Bill Gates and laugh in people’s faces.

Make of it what you will, I reckon, everybody’s got a theory, and the ones that survive afterward probably wouldn’t be able to give you a satisfactory reason for their behavior anyway. Or rather, it’d be reasonable to them, but it’d just make us blink.

I’m willing to bet that you’re probably right, but I suppose a little flare once in a while helps the recruiting business via copy cats, so to speak.

But yes, you’re right, touchy subject, moving on!

Yes, there is that whole free will thing we have going too. The blame is still on people, since they’re quite free to make that choice. It’s the nature of the beast that they’re not really forced to do anything either way, it’s a decision making process.

              *shrug*

              Just my $0.02.

This is perhaps an overly religious viewpoint, but while I don’t hold much stock in ghosts, I do believe in demons.

I can’t help but wonder if there’s some possession going on there. I find it hard to believe that human nature can be that evil on it’s own.

I used to have a huge My Little Pony collection…but it has narrowed down. I had about 900 at one point…down to about 100 or so.
I also collect 80s Bell Charms…see pic. You know you 80s kids remember these! ha!

I also collect books…mainly Fantasy, although I do have a few rare out of prints and whatnot. I also collect small weird things that appeal to me. Ummm pack rat like no? Oh and I am getting my first tattoo soon and I have a feeling I will be collecting those!!!

My wife collects He-man toys, CabbagePatchKids from the 80s, and she is also a large book hoarder.
And togeather we collect animals *oh the shame*. We have 5 dogs, 1 cat, 1 parrot, 3 fancy goldfish, 3 tetras, and one betta.

                  Wow, that brings back memories…

Though I tend to collect diecast cars and trucks (Ford F-150s, and Rusty Wallace race cars, mostly, with Knight Rider and Transformers in between). Optimus Prime stuff.

My hobby recently became a part of my career path, since I’m going to school for graphic design, but I paint, draw, write, race, etc. Loads of fun. *nod*

If I find a deal on the other three (emerald sun, and ruby and emerald babes) perhaps I’ll pick them up, but I’m not in a hurry.

No, if I were after that, I’d still need the emerald sun dragon, the peacock regular oriental, and the emerald and ruby babies.

I do want the regular peacock oriental, but the ones recently on ebay went way too high for what I wanted to pay ($190???? And I think it was the same chick who pushed up my pea oriental sun who paid that). So I’ll bide my time for that one.

D’aww, thanks y’all. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but hey, how often do you see them, really?

I think I’m probably done for a little while, but I can’t wait to get this little dude.

I have polycystic ovarian disease and remember getting angry with my doctor when she made noises about doing a laparotomy to see what was going on in there. I snapped at her that if she was going in, she was taking the whole damn apparatus out. She hasn’t said anything since then.

But I’m with the ones that would like an OVH. I don’t want kids, my ovaries give me hell because they hurt at random times, and that whole five day thing, just…nah. I’d rather breed puppies. I don’t think I’ll be convincing my doc any time soon, though.

The peacock sun dragon I managed to win was only the second one I’ve seen so far, and she nearly got sniped from me! I think I got lucky, cuz somebody else wanted her pretty badly too.

Laphon posted it in general windstone too, but I did manage to get there first.

I am done for a while now, I think. 🙂

Laphon, Dragoness, you guys rock, thanks! It was maybe a little more than I was hoping to pay, but I think the last one went for $178 or something on ebay, if I remember my google search rightly.

                                  😀 Thanks again!
