I finally got my rainbow old warrior a while back. I couldn’t remember if I posted about him so here he is. He will be the last windstone I buy for awhile 😥
OMG I love the lip /pouty. These are just too cute!
Pay me enough and I’ll say anything (j/k)
I think it may have been on a table on the outside of her crib and she somehow reached over the bumper pad and got it. Thats the only thing I can figure out. The only thing on that table were some clothes that needed to be folded and put away so I’m not sure maybe the bag was in there with them and I didn’t see it. She just had it in her lap crinkling the plastic to make noise so at least she wasn’t putting it over her head. I guess I need to move the table away from the crib, I just didn’t think she would be able to reach outside of the crib yet and thats where I put the baby monitor so I can hear her at night.
Lol I’ve never heard of them. I wish they would ask me to be on a commercial and endorse shoes.
I woke up at noon (thats right I worked all night so I’m lazy) and Danny had told me he just put Alyssa to bed for her nap. I hear her in her crib going “Da da da da da da da” so I know she woke up and is playing and has no intentions of going back to bed. So Danny says he’ll go get her. He comes back with Alyssa in one hand and a plastic bag in the other. Somehow Alyssa conjured a plastic bag out of thin air and was sitting in her crib playing with it. I heard her playing with something and thought it was her fabric book that makes the same crinkly noise. So now I’m having a heart attack thinking how she could have wrapped that bag over her head and I just would have thought she went back to sleep.
I ordered the last one for my pyo swap piece too. I bet they are back in stock soon since the were sold out a few days ago then they put more in the store.

She needs a set of wings for the fairy festival next year. I’ll have to hit you up for a pair before it comes around. I’m not sure what size she will need by then though.
No matter what we still have to go to Hopkins for his cf and transplant care. CF clinic there is wonderful and they are the only cf clinic around so we don’t have much of a choice unless we want to travel far far away. The only reason I keep taking him to Hopkins er is because of his cf and transplant. Not many hospitals know what to do for him so like an idiot I take him to Hopkins thinking they will know what is best for him. Silly me. At least we had fun at the fair, I want to go back next week 🙂
Hopkins is great for the really strange off the wall stuff but the er sucks. I’ve called and complained but nothing ever comes of it. I think it would take a lawsuit before anything ever changes. I think this was the last straw for us, the next time he needs an er visit we are just going to the hospital I used to work at. At least there I know everyone and they will treat us alot faster then hopkins. If he needs to be admitted they can transfer him but I’m just not going to deal with that er again. It took Danny putting his clothes back on and threatening to pull his iv before they finally did something for us after we were back in a room.
I think they just diagnosed him with Lymes to explain the Bells Palsy. They are just assuming thats what he has and treating him for it but they said the blood test would take days to get back. He doesn’t have anything other then the palsy so I don’t know why they picked lymes of all things to diagnose him with.
So yesterday we took Alyssa to her first Ren Fair. It was fun and we dressed her up in her fairy costume which I don’t think she liked. While we were there I noticed Danny’s one eye was blinking slower then his other so I asked him to smile, frown, etc and the one side of his face was drooping. So we left the fair and I dropped him off at John’s Hopkins thinking he was having a stroke. He had a change of clothes with him but I didn’t so instead of sitting in an inner city hospital dressed like a bar wench with an 8 month old baby I rushed home to get changed and drop Alyssa off at his moms. So Danny walked in to the er and told them he had facial droop and thought he might be having a stroke so they sat him in the waiting room for three hours 🙄 After sitting there for 12 hours they told us he has Bells Palsy and they think Lymes disease. So they sent him home with antibiotics. So yeah we had an interesting day yesterday.
Oh yeah here are some pics (our friend took these with her super camera) 😉
Danny getting his costume together (he was a leper
Me getting myself and Alyssa together

You know you love the socks
Really cool bronze dragon
Bronze fairy fountain
This picture was taken right before I noticed his facial droop. It must have happened right after this because he doesn’t have any facial paralysis here
I don’t think a lawyer would have helped. It just would have been another expense you didn’t need.
Wow that really sucks. We were lucky that they didn’t garnish any of our wages when we were taken to court for medical bills. We had a judgement against us but they told us as long as we sent them so much a month we would be fine. I think your husband is just frustrated and you just happen to be the one there for him to take it out on.
