Thanks guys. Purplekitty say: Don’t judge the many by the actions of the few, idiots exist world wide.
As to the art, I’ve found that using each medium to its own advantage works best for me. I use the airbrush for softness and color blend and the brush for fine details and delicate work.
Take care and well wishes. I know where your coming from. I was uninsured and my husband and I lost our first baby to miscarriage, the doctor found out I was uninsured and told me I was fine and to go home, he was a real jerk about it and you could tell it was because of the money issue. You wouldnt believe the crap that hit the fan then. Hang in there and take care of you.
Oh, and the title actually is “I never saw…”. I was actually having a bit of fun with my four year old when I drew it! He thought the poem was funny and asked if he could have a purple cow, it was either this or go attack a real cow with spray paint 😈 .
If I get prints done of the cow I’d be happy to sell the origional since I’d have a print of my own. I’ll let you know.
About how much do you think they’ll go for apiece? (Calculating times five for a clutter! 😉 )
I wish I could do them both but I don’t have enough funds for that yet. I’m hoping to take the profits from one and use it to print the next.
I have this odd habit of drawing animals in bizarre colors. I have a purple horse (drafter in harness) a purple cat (duh), a red horse and a couple of portraits of my children in odd colors too. These two are just my favorites.
oops.
Well, for the longest time I’ve been debating which of these pieces might sell if I got prints made and sold the framed prints. Which do you think would sell? Keep in mind the horse is 14×17 and the cow is like 10×9.
Yeah, I know, I actually called and checked. I guess my big ones right now are the kinglet, birman and Poads. I’m hoping to find a white kinglet and I guess I should have bid on the one on ebay. He went for around 70 I think and maybe I could have learned how to fix the chip on his nose. Wish I had.
Wow, I didn’t even see that. I had to go back and look! I thought about bidding on him but I’m saving for a white kinglet, poads and the birman lap cat(not to mention a SK). Ouch, I guess I have a long list!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!! Are the poads about the same size as a fledgling dragon or smaller??
Welcome!!!
Just hopeful for direct or stores.
I’d never seen him before in emerald but I think I’ll have to pass, If you come across another white in the future though let me know(I think that color is nicer on him)
