looks like Jackid55 is selling off some amethest dragons…including a young oriental with some of her other dragon sales, for those who dont want to wait for a new batch. 🙂
I would also be willing to buy a flapcat from someone if they have buyers remorse as long as its not inflated $$$ as I have to deal with the crappy exchange rate on top of the customs fees so I automatically have to tack on at least another $60.00…I have been watching the store like a hawk for the past two weeks andd have passed up buying the male/ fledgie/ hatcher and curlie in the hopes of getting an oriental and a flap cat and they are the only two pieces I have missed. 🙄
* I guess I just wont leave the house until I score something awesome in the store :).

I have an emerald green young oriental Im not in love with. He had a pen tip sized paint scuff on his claw but I filled it in. If your interested make me an offer and I can email you some pics!

They are tricky to measure…..they are 4inches from hoof to tail and 2.5 inches from head to bottom of hoof and 2.5 inches from the top of his back (saddle) to the bottom of the tail….does that make sense??? they fit nicely acrossed my hand :)???.

This August I am going to be going to the opposite end of Canada (from Halifax to Vancouver) for my moms wedding. I am trying to save up enough money for the trip as well as maybe buy a new camera as my mom has decided to ask us to take all her wedding photos rather than hire a photographer 🙄 …..pressure is on!!!!.
So I am going to attempt to sell some of my ooak Hippocamps. I have mass purchased every Hippocamp carosel figure in my towns dollarstores (the cashiers at Dollarama must think Im o.c.d as Im bringing 10 ugly statues up the counter at a time). I sand them down, pull them from their base, strip the paint, resculpt as many imperfections as I can find and then give them a new lease on life with my own added sculpts and paintjobs!!. They are time consuming I think I have only completed a total 12 this year (4 were given away as gifts). They are hand painted so may have some imperfections, definatley not Windstone quality, but I still think they would look nice on a Christmas tree!!! I have 8 available at the moment and Im going to be asking 29.95 usd + shipping as they take me an entire day to do each from start to finish of this process, and I dont get my art supplies at wholesale.
If you are interested in one (or more) I will be shipping them out with a little signed coa (remember Im just the revamp ooak artist not the original sculptor) that includes a little mini description of each breed. I ‘may’ make other Hippocamps of the same “breed” but they will have original markings to ensure that each Hippocamp is one of a kind. The first person to lay claim to one is the one who gets it, if payment is not made by the date we agree upon, I will message to see if your still interested if not the next interested party will be notified that it is available again.

I cant wait to see it. …….Im sure customs will give it a good roughing up, so a big box easy for them to put it all back in with some cushioning against postal worker assault is all the better!. 8)tee hee hee so excited for mine to arrive!!! It is really hard to find them in good condition, when I saw 2huberts was the BIN seller I decided to go for it as she is a forum member with a good reputation for packing well for shipping!!. The last time I saw a gothic unicorn in store I was still in highschool and owning windstones seemed like a pipe dream working part time minimum wage. Years later my dreams will come true!!! 🙂 Good luck to everyone else who is still searching for one, hang in there it took me over a decade to get one but dreams can and do come true!!!
