How can you not tell there are places worn down to the gypsum? I can understand paint scuffs, to some degree, but even on the whites I’d presume there is an obvious difference between gypsum and the paint… (I don’t collect the whites, so I don’t know for sure about that one!) I still think that I wouldn’t advertise MIB unless I had gone over things with a magnifying glass to make sure I wasn’t advertising in error, but maybe that’s just me… But I also know that some of you guys can pick up on things that I can’t see from the pics…But then again, I don’t have the world’s best vision, even with glasses…(and that includes the bifocals!!)
I think you are completely justified in requesting at least a partial refund. If they were advertised as MIB and they have rubs and scrapes, they aren’t MIB…
I tried to be a little thought provoking and civil in my comments. I was pretty pleased that I resisted my knee-jerk response to ask where the sign was that stated “for serious collectors only”, because I sure didn’t see one when I signed up!
He looks fabulous, emerald! Congrats again!!
Nice work, Koshii…
Big warm fuzzy hugs, purplecat!
Hmmmm…. other than Windstones….
Cherished Teddies
Boyd’s Bears
Hallmark ornaments
Clay Images dragons
Ricker pewter (not anymore, but I do have a good-sized collection)
books. books.. books….Their refund policy said that a refund would be given as an exchange… Does that mean they’d get another chicken strip and take munches out of it until it looked like a dragon???
Great find, enchantments! Congrats!!
Oh, some of those are too cool!
Now I have GOT to try this!!!! (and hubby is probably going to have me committed tomorrow….)

Actually, this place is for lovers of Windstone Editions, be they “serious” collectors, or not… There are quite a few people on here who at this point in time cannot afford to have a large collection, due to living arrangements, education goals or whathaveyou…. Makes no difference at all. They love Windstone Editions, and while they may not qualify in your OPINION as serious collectors, they count to us as valuable members of this forum. Maybe you should read thru the forums a bit before making judgements on people you don’t even know…
I love the ebay one!!! That’s hysterical! (and probably more true than I want to admit!)
I just knew I should have kept the corndog I found… I could have made a fortune!!!
*yes, I’m being sarcastic*
Sweet!!

1 or 2 packages of cream cheese softened
1 can Pizza Sauce
1 lb Italian sausage
1 or 2 cups shredded mozzarella
3 or 4 chopped green onions
1 or 2 cans sliced black olivesRemove Italian sausage from casings, cook thoroughly and drain well.
Spread cream cheese in the bottom of a pizza pan to thickness desired. Layer pizza sauce, italian sausage, mozzarella, green onions and black olives, just like making a pizza… Serve cold.Nice thing about this is you can experiment with the toppings you want…
Edited for spelling… cripes!! What do I use this dip for? Bread or crackers? Its sounds reaaaally good!
I use nacho chips or crackers… Plus keep a spoon handy, depending on how cold it is, it gets kinda hard to dish out with chips…
