Yep, the ATC Kitsune cards were mine with the moving tails. I plan to make more moving tail kitcunes in the near future and post them to Ebay. I’ll let you all know when I do though because I plan on doing a pheonix like that also, and a foo dog with a moving ball (if possible). That, and some gemstones cards. I have too many ideas…but no time to do them in.
Yay! More goodies to bid on. 😀

Cool, thanks. I would love to see it. I Googled it (with the correct spelling of Whelan – my spelling sux ha ha), but nothing came up.
My sister’s cat Moose lived to be 20. The last years of his life, he was completely toothless. He didn’t like canned cat food, so my sister would buy roasts, turkey, lunch meat, etc. and put it in the blender so he could eat it. I’m sure some would say it wasn’t nutritionally balanced, etc., but he was old and set in his ways. If he didn’t like something he would just flat out refuse to eat.
I like it – it made me smile! 😀

True, true….

A PYO kitsune?
Yes!
Well, a regular production kitsune would be neat too, but I’d prefer a PYO.
Yes! I would love to see Melody’s take on a winged fox or kitsune!! *happy dance* And what eye and coat color choices you could have!
I think it was Watergazer that did a kitsune drawing with tails that moved? Correct me if it was somebody else – I have looked through sooo many galleries. In any case, it was very cool! I would also like to see a Windstone kitsune. 😀
Yeah! I won one of those on Ebay! Totlly adorable.
Lucky you! That could be where I saw it – but the auction was over already. I could keep Watergazer busy for a year with requests. lol

The second item arrived damaged and I was refunded after the seller sent me proof of insurance and I made a claim. I had one claim with UPS. They came and picked up the box and item. They refunded my money, but it was heartbreaking because it was a Michael Whalen Guardian of the Fortess Chess Set. I hope somebody at UPS kept it and tried to fix it or something. I don’t like to think of it in a dump somewhere. 😥
I LOVE that chess set. I have a pewter chess set that is Gold VS. Silver. The gold is gold plated of course. It’s AWESOME. It has a glass board with Black and Gold foil art squares. The Rooks are actual Castles, the Knights and Women riding Griffins, the Bishops are large Wizards holding crystal balls and carrying a walking stick, the King looks like a furious Merlin holding a lightning bolt in one hand and an eagle on the other and my favorite is the Queen she looks like Medusa she is holding her crystal ball in one hand over her head and is pointing in front of her with the other hand she also has a large female cat behind her. The pawns in silver are little wizards with eagles and walking sticks and the gold pawns look like little orinetal women each holding a crytal ball. It is truly AWESOME. In 1989 this set cost me $650 for the pieces and board the Michael Whelan origanly was $1200 and the lowest I have seen it offered for was $600
That sounds awesome!! Do you have a picture? I never got another Whalen set. I just don’t have the room for one now. I bought my husband a Dragon’s Keep chess set (Franklin Mint) for Christmas. I gave it to him early and he really likes it. It’s a very well done piece.
Yay! for Bubbas and you! 😀

I don’t know how much you are willing to spend, but http://www.shopheadlines.com has an emerald coiled mother with gold egg for $120. They have other emeralds as well. I have ordered from them before. Their shipping is expensive, but all 3 pieces that I ordered arrived in mint condition.
wow – they are really beautiful!! Thank you for posting the pictures. You’ll be hearing from me soon… 😀
SPark wrote:Maybe I’m odd, but I don’t think I’d want a PYO poad. I do like the shape of them, but the very best part about them for me is the wonderful patterns that they’re painted with, and I could never duplicate them myself.
Actually, I meant regular production Poads – I should have been more specific with my nagging to Melody. 😉
PYO Flapcats and Poads! lol 😀
I second all of those positive comments! 😀
