I must be really bad at running searches, i never seem to find the good stuff 🙄
I would say that’s an eBay problem, not you. The search feature hasn’t worked properly for months now. There are pages and pages of complaints to eBay, but they swear everything is fine. 🙄
It’s the wonders of html. You can really come up with nice auction formats if you don’t overdo it. I’m sure many are familiar with it, but for those who aren’t and want to check it out, I use(d) http://www.draac.com/ It has easy to follow instructions – perfect for me, ’cause I’m simple. 😆
I think eBay came up with the anti-keyword thing to combat the sellers of designer goods, electronics, etc. Sooo many people would have titles like, “Coach Bag not Chanel Vuitton Dooney”, etc. You would have to muddle through thousands of listings to find what you wanted. It’s bad enough I have to see Rabbit Hash Country Store, The Bell Jar and 3FT PINE TREE and those are legit. lol
I feel sorry for the pets and pet owners, too. I don’t usually consider myself “lucky”, but I guess I need to rethink that. I have 8 cats and I would be devastated if something happened to one of them, let alone all 8.
Thanks go out to you tf – you undoubtedly helped save a lot of lives.

I agree – totally annoying!
From eBay:
Keyword spamming results in a poor shopping and finding experience for buyers since keyword spamming returns listings in which the buyer may have no interest. Keyword spamming also results in an unlevel playing field for sellers who do not keyword spam and may receive fewer potential buyers.
Oh yeah – it’s called keyword spamming and it’s against eBay’s rules:
Highlight right under the last sentence in their description to see the hidden keywords…
I am out of the running on these, too, unless the prices drop drastically (which I doubt). I’ll just go for a tribute piece of my calico when the pyo flap cats arrive. Best of luck to those bidding…
All of the above have happened to me. lol 99.9% of the time I am of the attitude, “it just wasn’t mean for me”. Years ago I was outbid on a salmon (colored) coral necklace with a carved oriental dragon clasp – that is the only piece I’m still mourning the loss of. 😥 Maybe I’ll get over it someday. 😆
Maybe the snipers are hoping the other snipers will have eBay problems, computer glitches or other bad luck. 😆 Then an item might go for a few dollars less.
lol at bug guts! Poor Laërtês ; -)
Well, I meant “odd” in a good way, I hope ya know. lol I love birds and butterflies and the beautiful/endless combinations they come in.
I like him a lot, too. He reminds me of the bourke parakeet griff I’ve been working on for months now. lol Seeing yours gives me hope that odd color variations can indeed work on a finished piece. I think yours should do well on eBay: -)
