Thanks guys! 😀 Her scales are pastels… and her fur is acrylics. I just didn’t have the color pastels I wanted… and it would have taken longer to paint her fur in them… so I opted for the faster acrylics. 😀

I agree DragonsCavern… I can’t wait to do another one! 😀

I’m soooooo glad you like her! 😀 She was rather tough to let go of… 😆 But I’m still amazed at how close your Ki-Rin and my Gryphon by Whippet turned out! Same inspiration too! 😆

happens to me all the time. My local post office closes at freaking 4:30.

Me too… of course when they leave it during the week… I can’t pick it up till Friday unless my fiance gets off early enough… cause I have a half an hour drive after work… and I don’t get out till 5pm when the PO closes… so I have to wait till the end of the week. it bites.

No… the USPS website said it was delivered… if they left a “hostage ticket” it would have said that they attempted to deliver it… and a notice was left… so they got it. 😀

Yup… I have Sumara (which the Arabian that Sandicast is doing is a remade version of Sumara)… and she is GORGEOUS! her costume should be done (waiting on pics) then I need to get her painted up!!! so she can show it off! 😀

Sommer’s awesome to talk to too… both she and Kathleen Moody live in Phoenix. 😀 I get to see them every once in a while. 😀 In fact Sommer just came down to our Model Horse show this weekend. 😀

Honestly… the BEST thing about Windstones that I have found…

ZERO prep-work! No seams… no airholes… no nothin!!!! I love it! I can primer it and paint away!!!! 😀 Simple… easy… effective!

Now I just need to get my butt moved so I can paint more….

BTW… LOVE your hippogryph! Why did you paint him? he’s AWESOME!!!! 😀
