My dad does it too… doesn’t push the issue… and to a degree I’m like him (I’m totally non-confrontational…) But… ARGH it just gets me that people can be THAT blatantly uncaring…
I bought a box of model horses from a girl in Canada… when I got them… they were all tossed in a huge box… NO packing… just plastic bags over them.
Granted… it was a “body” box…
But the ONE I wanted out of the lot… a porcelain not too unlike a Windstone in makeup… was intact (by her ad…)
When they arrived… not only was THAT one broken and in about 10 piece… but so were most of the other horses…
it’s just totally unacceptable. Sadly that transaction wasn’t through ebay… 😛

I have to disagree with you Ski….
Soooooo many people buy from ebay… and they don’t look at the seller’s feedback… they see 95%… to 100%… how many of those feedbacks are like that? “horrible packing… given full refund…” I don’t want to buy from a seller like that! I want to KNOW by the percentage of their feedback… I want to see…
Overall… if you are satisfied with how the resolved the issue… then Nuetral is appropriate… positive is not… because regardless of how they resolved the issue… there was still something WRONG with the transaction. Positive feedback is only appropriate for transactions that went relatively smoothely and you received your item, intact… as described… and for the most part on time…
I don’t give out bad feedback as a rule… (I think I’ve given out all of 5 in the 8 years I’ve been on ebay) unless there was something seriously wrong with the transaction… as seen in this case.

Oh HECK no… don’t even give her a positive… NUETRAL at the very least. People have to be warned… and a positive will NOT help that… it will reflect good unless people actually take the TIME to read them.

And I mean.. WTF!? how can anyone NOT pack decently!? I mean really… it will bite you in the arse every time if you don’t pack your items well!!!!!

Make sure to leave them TERRIBLE feedback! Other buyers need to know how bad they pack their items!

Further down… he discusses the difficulties with Gargoyles… why it took so long for Issue #2 (it was Disney’s fault! No surprise! they have to give the final ok and sign off on the comic… Same with #3… which SHOULD be out soon! WOOT!) AND… they are going to start a SPIN-OFF series soon!!! Can’t quite tell what it will be about… but I don’t care… it’s GARGOYLES related and that’s enough for me!!!

If you tell your friends and everyone you know to go out and BUY the Gargoyles DVDs… and drive the sales up… THEN Disney will release the second half of the secodn season….
I just can’t believe that little known… cruddy Cartoons like He-Man…. Dungeons and Dragons… and other random 80s gunk is being released on DVD and they WON’T release Gargoyles just to give us closure!!!

I think the Poads… because we don’t know EXACTLY how they are going to be released… what colors… and how fast they’ll sell out!
The Wolf Gryphon family… I know I’ll eventually be able to get from Emerald… or some other Windstone retailer. 😀 I’m not worried about them… especially since I have a white Momma to grin at me from my mantel. 😀

Luckily the voice of Irho (MAN I wish I could remember his name) died after they recorded Season 3/4? whatever is coming out now… I think 3… So with any luck he’ll be able to teach Ang firebending.
Think about it… he’s the most likely candidate…
No idea when new eps come out (I’m hooked too…damn good show) 😀
The boyfriend and I are betting June/July though… should be a good couple of months… Harry Potter… and Avatar. 😀
did yuou know that the guy who plays Uncle Irho died?! ::sniffs:: so sad… I loved that character! I’m betting though that they kill him off in the series… his is a HARD voice to replace. 🙁
