Yeah, some hacker got into the system and artificially bid the dragon up that high! Also happened with the sun dragon. So along with fake dragon casts and phony dragons that Windstone has to put up with and protect themselves and us from they now have a hacker problem! Apparently this has been happening before. Another thing to add to our outrage list!!! 👿 😈 😈 drgnlvr
I guess I can post an opposing opinion/vote. I have always loved the rainbows from the start, in fact I have two “families” of them and even though it looks like I have to give up one for reasons of sheer space, it hurts me to my heart to give up somethings so beautiful, especially when the sunlight hits them in the morning. I would LOVE an emperor or an SK in rainbow or a coiled or curlie or anything else. They light up my heart (and the empeas come next). I just love the vibrant colors. So unless this is a thread for rainbow-bashing only, I’m raising a feeble hand in defense of rainbow lovers! 🙂 drgnlvr
Wow, did you see what they sold for??? 😯 😯 The oriental sold for $810 and the OW for $1410!!! SOMEBODY liked them! I liked them well enough to bid early, but those bids “choked me off propah” 👿 Whew! Well, I hope that encourages Olimpia/Windstone to do some more like that, I really like them, especially the bronze oriental. Maybe next time I’d get a better shot at it. Hope springs eternal in the world of Windstones! 😆 drgnlvr

See how you are? 🙂 And I thought you meant what did the stone mean, so I looked it up in a book I have about the metaphysical qualities of stones and was all set to give you the “meaning” of onyx and chalcedony (which onyx is part of) and now I can keep all that esoteric knowledge(unless somebody wants it)so there! hahaha! Thank you! I do feel more comfortable and welcome! I had been “asking the universe” for a wider circle of friends and it looks loke I got what I asked for even if it isn’t in the form I was expecting. The universe always amazes me that way, constantly! Worldwide is certainly wider! (The universe also has an amazing sense of humor!) So, anyone else for chocolate cake and ice cream? What a Beyoootiful kitty! Tabbies have always been my favorites, especially girl-types. I have had tabbies all my life. The last one weighed 5 lbs her whole life, died 2 years ago at age 19. I still miss her 🙁 I’m SO glad your kitty is OK! drgnlvr
I had 2 miscarriages too. I was also told they were nature’s way of letting go of something that couldn’t develop properly, that the egg or the sperm was already dteriorating at the point of fertilization, so there wasn’t a baby from the start, that’s why they eject so early. Anyway, that’s what I was told when I had mine. Also, it hurts so much more because your body isn’t geared up to give birth the way it is at full term, but in a sense you’re giving birth anyway. Both my miscarriages hurt far more than my full-term deliveries. I don’t know if you have children but if you don’t, this is NOT like childbirth!And this is a miscarriage, not a stillborn, there is a big difference. Be at peace. drgnlvr

May I add my none-of-my-business .02? Being new to this forum, I have been very impressed by the way you all interact like a family. You offer support in tough times, commiserate, console, congradulate, cheer each other on, buy and trade for each other, tease and insult each other,and, fight and hurt each others’ feelings, just like a real family. I think you know each other maybe better than your biofamilies in some ways, at least you have and share and understand at least one passion in common and have become “spiritual” family. Friends have been defined as the family you choose for yourself. I guess I was surprised that you “didn’t want sympathy” purplecat because to me this seems like the place to get understanding and support,and not pity and judgment, and I was sorry that you didn’t feel you could get that here when I’ve noticed so much love and empathy here and a lot of it coming from you. Please give some back to yourself and let some in too. Families fight and families make up but families stick together! Windstones forever! drgnlvr
