When I won my baby and mother kirin, the lady took forever to get back to me. She was a power-seller, and the only negative feedback she had was for being slow. But she eventually responded to us – ’cause I always have to ask not to use UPS – and they made their slow way here.

So you may be dealing with someone’s who’s not sure how to do business. But I would also give ’em an ultimatum.
