Wow! I really love the first one! It’s amazing how you made it look like the galaxy. Truly an inspired idea.
The winged wolf is a PYO and as far as I know Melody hasn’t painted any for eBay. There is at least one done by Jennifer Miller but I don’t remember if it was sold on eBay or not. Some of the forum members paint them on commission – there used to be a list of who did what and how much they charged but I am not sure where it is on the new forum. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
The announcement is awesome! Kudos to whomever thought of it and to whomever made it work. The griffin is gorgeous. I’m just surprised there are still some in the store – I thought there would be a real feeding frenzy and they would be gone in a few minutes. I hope everyone who wants one gets one from this batch.
I figure the artist must have a good reason why she doesn’t want to sign her name so I respect her decision to sign the pieces P.S. Who knows? In the future they might be highly sought if the artist does reveal herself or even if she doesn’t due to the mystery. Stranger things have happened.
I see it is time to dust off the plans for a raid on the Windstone factory 😉 I love the gothic unicorns, especially the okapi and the red panda flap cat is really cute. But I think the OW would be the first thing into the bag,,,
I have one little win which I’m excited for. I’ve had to behave while Shuan has been out of work but I managed to win the little Tabby Gothic Unicorn! YAY! ^_^
Congrats on winning the unicorn, drag0n! I am sure you are going to love him (her?). Melody is really doing a great job on these unicorns. I can’t decide which ones I like better – the ones painted to look like a goat or the ones painted to look like a cat.
I thought it was very politely worded. I wouldn’t worry about it, Melody. I think you did a good job of getting the info out there without being offensive.
Congrats to whomever won Jennifer’s unicorn. Any chance there will be more zebra unicorns?

Please don’t feel embarrassed about being on an antidepressant. Would you be embarassed to take insulin if you had diabetes? Depression is an illness and there is nothing wrong or embarassing or weak about taking medicine for it. Just remember there are several different meds for it so if you are still feeling depressed or having bad side effects after being on it awhile you should ask your doctor about trying a different med.
As for not wanting kids I am in the same boat. I was a total workaholic and loved my job. I knew I did not have the time I would need to devote to a child. It used to drive me crazy when people told me I would feel differently when I got older. When I got older I knew for sure I would be a terrible mother but I am a great aunt! I think it is a very responsible decision on your part – I think more people should be honest about not wanting kids. And it isn’t as if the human race is in danger of extinction! But I agree with the others that this is a crucial discussion to have with your boyfriend. Unfotunately I do not believe couples should stay together if they have opposite opinions on this issue. I have seen it happen to some very close friends and it is a complete disaster. This is too important an issue not to discuss. If your boyfriend is on the fence right now you might want to set a date six months in the future to discuss it again – hopefully he will think about it and decide wether he can live without being a father.

It’s great that you (or I guess it is the computer person) are trying to figure out a way to alert us when something new hits the store! I am pretty sure that when that happens you will make many, many forum members happy! Perhaps even ecstatic;)
