i have already been trying for it and Melody knows how i feel.so help me out guys . lets try to get them. i know i wouldnt be able to afford them if they go up on Ebay and i so want that lavender one !!!!!! so i will try anything !!!While I appreciate your enthusiasm for those two colors, the truth is we flat out just do not have time to make them. We are quickly running out of blank casts, and we are hard pressed to even get out the color we will be releasing with the move looming over our heads (Another big rig of stuff left today for Corvallis). There will be more curls in different colors in the future of course, but like I said, these are *special* Olympia pieces. I can’t say if those will be the only two, or if there will be more – that is not my call to make. The curls as they are now (all of them) are limited production – that is why you can only get them in the store.
But please… be patient and cut us a teeny-weenie tiiiiny bit of slack on the pieces. The stress of moving is getting to everyone (myself included). We are doing the best we can with what we got.

I’d say if I knew. But I don’t unfortunately! Far as I know, there’s just those two. But there might be more. And in different colors. But! I do know that some special curlies will be coming from elseware!

At this point in time, no. We have quite a few other goodies to get finished before we get to the curlies. Probably another 2 weeks out, minimum.
And I had to include that ‘kids’ part. 😛 I’m a cranky old mule by comparison, that’s for sure.
Well, not quite raining on parades. Besides, I bring news that a new curl color is going to be released. I can’t say what color, because it would spoil the surprise. But rest assured, there will be some smaller batches of the more popular colors, and a brand new batch in a whole new color. Now remember, don’t nag Melody about these, kids. (Besides. I’m on the painting floor all day. I’m the one with the most insider information. BWAHA!)
While this list is clever, I just wanted to point a couple things out.
Being on this list does not notify Susie of intrest in a particular color. That is, you are not on an official waiting list, and we don’t have a good way to know how many people total want a given color. To be on an official waiting list, you need to e-mail Susie. ***Do not PM Susie, she will not respond to them***
Additionally, the lavender and turquoise curls are done specially by Olympia, and are slated for Ebay. These will not be done as production color at all. No real point in keeping a wait list on those. Unless you want them to be competition lists. 😛

We probably don’t have enough curled dragons to do another color in (maybe small batches of what already exist?). But that is my opinion. These will probably get put off until after the move… as we are running awfully short on time as it is. A lot of projects are going to have to get put off until after we move, sadly. (But great for me! I can’t WAIT to get the hell out of LA!)
EDIT. I stand corrected. We will be releasing a new curl color. But y’all will just have to wait and see. No nagging Melody, kids.
So… I went to the Irish fair in Pomona over the weekend. And had probably the BEST time I have EVER had at a fair in a long time!
Best of all, Gaelic Storm was there. My favorite group! Even better, I got all their autographs on a shirt while there! 😀 And I also got hooked on a new band called the Dublin 4.
I just wish the group Tempest had been there. It would have put me in 7th heaven.
Anyone else here a celtic rock fan?
(No real point to this post. I’m just all a-squee! I got to see one of my favorite groups!)
Emerald peacock, hands down.
I have yet to see a picture that does an emerald peacock justice. The golds are far too monotone for my tastes… but the special edition gold ones weren’t so bad.
Calm down guys.
I went and looked. We are waiting on eyes for the old warriors (I think), because we didn’t have any dark blue eyes of the appropriate size. And the rainbow laps are being waited on for some touch-up work.
I will post an alert when I see them getting eyes and horns, because that means they are only a week or so out from being in the store.
Until then, just sit tight. They’ll be out soon enough.
Buy them ALL so I don’t have to look at them!
The jade emperor does not have silver highlights. That was the flash-glare I refer to. He’s solid jade save for the areas of dark gold.

Us females have the initiative and right of being picky. Not only keeps the men-folk on their toes, but it’s fun watching males bash thier heads together when rutting.

Besides. I’ll bet the female dragons are a heck of a lot less fierce and picky than someone like me. 😈 (To which my boyfriend will attest… he’s the one who has to put up with me!)
