Outside of material cost and labor you need to factor in that Windstone has overhead cost to pay as well as any business. Then factor in that there is inflation over the years on everything think food, when you go to the supermarket or out to eat. A lot of small items have increased and if you don’t notice the cost increase you will notice the size decrease. As far as Windstone raising the prices some, yeah, it’s hard to swallow but if it’s something we really want we will find a way to save and buy it. It is after all art and a luxury (addictive) item. 🙂
I hadn’t realized that you had so many animal sculptures to start with. I can see why all the fantasy sculpts took off for you. They are amazing! I wish I had the money and the space I’d own at least one set of all the familes you make,lol. Little did my husband realize what he did by buying me my first dragon. Hehehe 🙂 Oh to win the powerball!!!

Very nice Koshi. I think Golden reef is very pretty and Grove came out great. I really like the details on his scales. I think the orange eyes look good. 🙂
Awesome job Megan! I wouldn’t want to be a judge in this contest, there are so many great images to choose from. I edited my image and added more.:) This is a lot of fun.
You could also use Picasa, its a free picture hosting program with Google. Thats the one I use. They have it set up where you can copy and paste the link in different sizes on the right side of the photo. It makes it easier to upload to the forum. Here’s the link if your interested. 🙂
