I actually have a litter robot. I have 4 cats and 3 of them use the litter robot. The one that does not is blind so she will not go into the robot (she is 15). I have the accessory pack since my oldest cat (16) has arthritis and does not jump very well. This added steps to go into the litter robot and also an additional piece to minimize litter being kicked out. This is good since my two 3 year olds love to kick litter, especially by male Ragdoll.
I have had the robot over a year and it is so much better than scooping 4 litter boxes each day… I am down to the robot plus 1 regular box due to the blind cat mentioned above.I do a more… laboratory based job. I am a research and development chemist for the consumer deviation of a global company. I primarily work on validating, updating, and redeveloping the testing methods for over the counter drugs currently on the market. For example: Marketing does not like the color of a daytime cold liquid medication. They did market research that says this new color is better. Once the formulators change the color, we have to make sure that all of the methods we use to test the drug are still valid and that changing the color did not impact the shelf life of the product. Thanks to COVID-19 and having asthma, I am still working from home.
