$210,000 though, wow! Our house (which I love) on 1.3 acres, fenced, was $202,000, and it was kinda pricey for the neighborhood! The price you pay for living in a big city… 😯

You live in such a beautiful area, maybe I’ll come help replant your garden 🙂I love the scratcher most, but I only have 1! I have many curlies, but I think it’s because they’re easy to collect and have come out in some unique colors.
