Oh, and my husband says the new kirin looks like the my little pony version. 😛
I’ve been wondering about the uni colt and the kirin as well, I was just thinking about them yesterday, wondering if the colt has a necklace….but still updates would be very nice….
The unicorn colt has a simple band necklace with three jewels. I am trying to get away from the chain style! They are such a pain to paint.
oooo! can we see him too?
also the new kirin is adorable!
The unicorn colt is still covered up with clay for a mold, so I can’t photo him.
Oh no! Please make the kirin production! I understand they are hard to paint, but I really, really love them and would appreciate your hard work oh so much! Please, please, please, please, please!

Oh It worked!! Amazing! -Anyway, here is a snapshot of the stuff on my work table. These are still being carved, so they are still pretty crumby looking! The standing kirin with a baby kirin for scale, and the Mini Keeper (grab bag dragon). In the background is the very rough pyo oriental and one of the test paint female foo-dogs.Oh! Oh! I am IN LOVE!!!!!
The Ki-Rin is the cutest, most adorable little creature! Happy days!!!!!
And the Mini-Keeper – oh my, oh my! LOVE him/her.
Yippee! 😀
Ditto! I am saving all my windstone moonies for these two!!!!!!!!
Yay! I hope we can do this!
Yay!!!
::Crossed fingers for this months raffle::
I love it, computer sketch and all!
When I am back to my pc I will post a photo of my Okapi baby uni and my bongo baby uni 🙂 the Okapi is an ebay, n the Bongo is from the last Gb batch… I also really love the Oryx babies, thats one I wanted but was never able to get a hold of.
Melody, have you thought about doing Bongo/Okapi/Oryx themes in the new batch in bright colors? I’d go absolutely nuts for those 🙂 especially blues or greens!
Ooooooooo, I like this idea! Safari corns meet candy corns!
Well duh, that slab of ground beef doesn’t look like a cow at all!
Happy Birthday!
You’re not giving up, you are moving on. You can always come here for support. You are not the first nor the last to go through this. Sometimes we have to let go of the life we want in order to live the life that is waiting for us.
I love seeing all the adventures the fuzzies are having. As with everyone, I would love to host one these guys. If he comes to NM we can see some dino tracks.
Yesterday was my Saturday so Blue and I did some sightseeing.
The first thing we did was hit the polls to vote!
Next we headed to Old Mesilla.
This building used to be a courthouse, now it’s a giftshop.
No trip to the southwest would complete without seeing a big, old church.
Next we hit the road to see the tracksite. We don’t know if we will be able to hike out to the tracks, but Blue wanted to see the signs and crawl along some ancient pangea coastline!
Although Blue isn’t too sure the terrain is very safe for fuzzies here.
Sunset on the Organs
The old United States/Mexico border (north of Las Cruces)
Chilies!!!!!!!!! Mmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!
The mighty Rio Grande!
To finish up our sightseeing for the day, we stopped by the pecan orchards.
Blue decided that he needed a badge too. Here he is posing with our normal badge and the centennial badge.
Blue also found a Christmas present for everyone back home. If you want to see, you can copy the link. Susie and other Windstone people- No Peeking!
http://i49.tinypic.com/jj426e.jpgBlue has been kept very busy in NM!
He arrived the day after Halloween. He was bummed that he missed the chocolate, but I told him it was probably for the better in order to keep his postage down.
The next day he hopped into my truck and got a huge treat! A kestrel was hit by a car and we got to pick him up and take him to Game and Fish! This is my first bird of prey and we were very excited.
Here is where Blue hangs out in my truck.
Helping out with the radio.
Filling out impound worksheets.
Blue was excited to see such a fuzzy cat, although the cat wasn’t as excited to see a fuzzy.
A new fuzzy creature!
Next we went into the stray cat room. Blue was overjoyed to see so many fuzzy critters all in one place! He really wanted to have his picture taken. I told him I couldn’t take pictures of him and all the cats, so he chose these kittens, although he didn’t stay long because they started to chew on him!
On no! That is so scary! Rest well and I hope you are able to get all fixed up soon!
I’m in!
I understand. We aren’t able to just turn off our feelings and desires, as nice as it would be sometimes. I would have another talk about this with him. If you receive the same response as before (age or insert other reason) is a problem for him, I would cut off all communication after that. You are a smart and beautiful woman and you will need to allow yourself to heal.
You also need to become okay with yourself. As much as I love my husband, if he were to disappear from my life, in the end I would be okay.
