😀 Hey guys, I’m back! I just got higher speed internet (not high speed) this weekend.
It’s like the other company I had before with the ex but the guy is more reliable.
It will hapen that the internet will be down…like the past two days but at least I can load images.
The ebay images will come up faster and they will come up! Not just show a page with an X in it. :negative:
I can start posting the ebay sales today if Kit wants me to.

In my calculation she is not out of $350 since I paid her $225 for him, so that makes her loss at $125. So who is out of more money at the moment?
Anyway she sent me an email that stated she closed her paypal account and would send me a money order as soon as she has money. Hummmm. I wonder if she really did close her account…is there a way to find out?
We will see.

“I got the IF from Nadia **********. She just sold another one on MH$P If that one turns out Counterfeit,Depending on where she got them from??? As for your refund,I did not know it was a fake. If you asked and she didn’t do it I would say it is her fault and she should reimburse you. She is the one who should be out the money since she did not insure it and evidently did not pack it well. Is there any chance she will reimburse you?

The resin you sold me turns out to be a fake.
He was cast in plaster not resin.
When I opened the box and handled him I knew something was wrong but needed to make sure, so that is the reason why I contacted Deborah.
After viewing the pictures I took of the horse and seeing how much more he weighs she is positively sure it’s a counterfeit. After going public about it someone else contacted her with the same problem….so far there are two….oviously there will be more.Therefore I request from you the amount I paid for him plus shipping and 4% paypal fees that I paid back ($227.25 USD) for this counterfeit Indian Fire, I would like the refund to be done immediately.
If you have a credit card on paypal please use it if you don’t have any money for the refund.
Deborah needs to inspect the horse.
The horse will be shipped to her.
You need to demand your money back from the seller that sold him to you.
You can forward the email I just sent you and can tell her to contact Deborah if she need this to be confirmed.

I could write to Diane and “cc” it to Deb. Tell Diane I want a refund, and that Deb suspects it may be a fraud. Blame it on the person Diane got the resin from, and tell her both of us were victimized by this other person. That way she doesn’t feel threatened. Also tell her Deb wants to inspect the resin to make sure if it’s legit or not, and see if she’s okay with it going to Deb first, on the way back to her. Perhaps that would work?
If she doesn’t demand it back then I would send it directly to Deb.Sounds good?

I think some people are misunderstanding who wants the sculpture. It sounds like the artist that was copied wants it, probably for legal purposes, not the fraudulent seller. Unfortunately, with the exception of possibly getting legal action started against the fraudulent seller and getting your credit card to refund, BDW might get the hose on this one.
If the website/sales site is still up, make sure to print screen it for proof. If it’s down, you might see if your computer cached it or if there’s a cache of it online. Between that and the actual artist’s communication, you will probably have to provide to the police (if you report it) and/or your credit card company.No she took it down right after it sold. 😡
I’m still not convine she is the one behind the counterfeit since she has great feedback. Except for the smoke smell on her resin/model, people are generaly happy about it.
Do I just tell Diane that the resin she sold me is counterfeit and demand a refund but also tell her I’ll ship the resin to Deborah?
Or do I ship the resin back to Diane and then demand a refund?
Like Deborah says if I send it back it like getting rid of the evedance.
I just want my money back…I don’t want to threaten her in anyway but since she is not now to resins she should have knowed. Makes me wonder if she didn’t…..
What would you do?

I thought personal payment was used to avoid paying fees by both sides? When I mentioned tacking on a few extra dollars it was so it would cover the fees the other party would have taken out when they receive the business transaction marked payment (or whatever it would be called so it would be covered under paypal’s protection clause).
When I did the payment paypal had a button you have to press to indicate if you pay the fees or the other party, I paid them.

Tes it did cost me alot…I was planing to finish it and then resale it for a profit of $300 to help pay for expenses to finish getting the appartment adapted for my son since most of my savings went to the vet. Now I’m in the hole of $225 and i don’t even have any money left in my account! 🙄
