Be aware Windstones are Addictive
Thanks all for the welcome, and I certainly know how addictive they are! I’ve been collecting for many years!
I’m mainly addicted to Fledgelings. I have every available color except for Old Green! My collection is mainly Emerald dragons, a few peacock and white, a Kirin, some unicorns, 2 curlies, A rainbow emporer, a few book ends, and a happy cat gargoyle! Let’s see…I don’t really like the original hatching dragons. I agree with the big ones being lovely, but I really don’t like the little ones at all, and have sold the ones I have even though I no longer have a complete Emerald set because of that. I’d love to see them resculpted.
And having recieved my Violet-Flame fledgeling, I can say I do not like them for a production color. They are pretty, but not at all to my tastes. The blue antiqueing looks rather strange. My friend took one look at the little fledge and said the word “pimp”. 😕 Maybe an all violet and purple dragon…I’d love that, or bvp, or silver, but not the violet flame.
and I actually do not like the large father pegasus. He looks angry.
But other than that, I absolutely adore windstones and have far too many…but no intentions of stopping.

I didn’t ever realize that theese were out until they were gone! I really would like one. I know I’m new here, but I have good feedback on e-bay under the name Makklyn. I really can’t afford to pay much more than the release price. I also have a peacock hatching empress I might be willing to trade for a violet Flame Fledgeling, or an Old Green Fledgeling. Thanks!

Hi there!
I am entirely new to the forum, but have been collecting Windstone for years and years. My favorites are the fledgelings, and I think I have one in just about eery color they were made in. So my first question is will there ever be one (or any other than the old warrior) made in silver? Or even other metallic colors…but especially silver? My little Gold fledgeling needs a silver sibling! 🙂And my second question is have you ever considering making a fairy dragon? A dragon with butterfly wings? I have seen a sketch that you did of one, but have been hoping for all my years collecting that you might make a sculpture of one, as the fairy dragon is my all time favorite mythical creature of all time!
Enjoy your vacation, and thank you so much for all the wonderful dragon and winged cats, and unicorns…and the joy that being able to look at them brings. They are just so realistic I can sometimes almost iagine that they might come alive at any moment!!! 😀
