Yup, eyes are masked. I haven’t ever had this much trouble with the texture of pearl ex pigments. The only reason the silver is looking better is because it has 3 coats of metalic white over it…It looks better in the pictures.
This is supposed to be a commission for tc cat. She really liked the one I had up for auction and was excited to see one similar, done in blue and silver instead of gold and green. I have been taking photos along the way, but for now I’m posting only what he looks like right now. I’m sorry to say I don’t like him at all. The silver pigment I used was too steel colored and a touch grainy. I have done a few more coats of white metallic and it’s looking better….

Both bidders have excellent feedback, so I’m not worried about them being able to pay….but I’m not planning a celebration until I get the paypal confirmation, and then yes, I’m gonna stick a copy to everyplace my husband frequents… 😆

Welcome!! Yup, I noticed yah on Ebay too!! This can be a very dangerous place for a collector and it certianly sounds like you have caught the Windstone bug!!
you know, somtimes I hate ebay. If you notice when you search for windstone, mine somes up in the list. It says a price & 5 bids, but then you click on it and it’s another price w/ 7 bids. I asked ‘customer service’ why and they said oneof thier servers is working slowly and they are working on the problem… 🙄
Yes, hubby has been CLEARLY outvoted!! He isn’t really the artsy type, so sometimes he doesn’t see the beauty in this stuff. I love him anyway.
I am a stay at home mom with no real income of my own and it ways heavily on my mind. I have a lot of debt that I should not have. I never dreamed I would be able to make this type of money doing something I LOVE, but that makes it all that much better. It’s great because I have a great time making these and I make my credit card payment every month without draining our household funds.
